ATM sucks, the closest free ATM for online BANK and can't use new card there.But WORKS EVERYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

My father and I went to the pharmacy at 11:50am to fill a prescription for myself, as I had just been discharged from the hospital for a major surgery and my care team wanted me on a pain management schedule as soon as possible. By the time we arrived at the pharmacy, the script had been sent over an hour earlier. We were told by the tech that the script would not be filled until after lunch, at 2:00pm. My father asked to speak the pharmacist and he was incredibly condescending and rude. He kept cutting him off and talking over him when he asked questions about the process for filling a narcotics script. Then, the pharmacist just decided to walk away, and he and the technician refused to come back to the drive through window to answer any more of our questions about the medication and a time frame. They both decided to completely ignore us as we repeatedly asked for them. I understand that filling narcotics prescriptions takes time, because there are a lot of hoops to jump through, and I can understand the pharmacy being short staffed and behind on filling scripts, but the complete and total lack of empathy and respect for customers is deeply alarming. Also, the refusal to do their job and the fact that the pharmacist and technician both felt that they were entitled to completely ignore questions about medications and timing is disturbing and unsettling. How many other patients and customers have they been ignored and mistreated for them to be so comfortable doing this? My parents and I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years, (even moved from the old location to the new location!) and now I am seriously considering switching to another pharmacy because no company should ever tolerate their employees treating customers and patients like this. If anyone is looking for a new pharmacy, I would advise against this one, especially until this issue is resolved by management.

Was really upset with our visit. The only reason 2 stars was because the manager I spoke to was very kind. I got there 5 minutes before their lunch and was trying to use the drive through because it was a quick pickup it wasn't as if we were putting in an order for a fill it was already filled and ready. There was 1 car before us in the line by the time we get to the window it's 1:28 so we think no biggie it will be a really fast transaction instead they turn around close the windows turn off the lights and leave. I went in to talk to a manager because I was kind of upset, then I wait 30 minutes for them to reopen, when they reopen I noticed they went to the driveway before dealing with someone who was waiting patiently in line. Not gonna waste my time anymore with this store might as well spend the extra hour driving to the one in meridian.

My daughter had just had surgery and on the way home with her I stopped to fill her prescription.I was there a little before 1:30 and there was a customer in front of me. When I got to the counter the tech took the prescription and told me to come back after 2:00 because they were closing for lunch.First of all, I was there before 1:30. Second, my daughter, just out of surgery and needing her medication, was in the car waiting.He just said, 'we close for lunch' and asked if I would prefer to come back the next day...seriously???I repeated that my daughter was alone in the car and needed her medication...he just shrugged....Amazingly lame customer service.....I am not impressed.

They never answer the phone and close at different hours than posted on their window. Frustrating when you have to call the front cashier to see if the pharmacy is even open.

The pharmacy closing on days and not being able to refill at other riteaid is unacceptable. No notice let's just shut down for 3 days. Stupid. Going to switch pharmacy next Dr appointment.

Not happy with this pharmacy. Riteaid told me right away I had good rx card on file when I never ever used them before. I told them to run my good RX gold card which shows through good rx that they are a gold member participant. Was told no, pretty much told the pharmacy to at least try and she said it was denied. I told her and showed her all of the pharmacies for gold and not for gold had the prescription for around $4. After 30 minutes she finally got the price from $31 to $8. I called good rx gold to see what happened and they said it was processed through my gold card. So with that being said this place lied to me and tried to get me to pay full price for the med instead of my gold member price. I've been buying this med for over 7 years on and off of insurance and know the base price starts at around $35. I shouldn't need to negotiate to use my gold card and be lied to.

I have visited Rite Aid pharmacy and store section in Caldwel twice in the last week. Both times the staff was very nice, patient and quick to get my sons prescription ready. When I say quick I mean it was billed to insurance and out the door in probably five minutes. Exceptional service, genuinely pleasant staff (smiling and happy) and efficiently out the door quickly both times. I felt so Blessed that they were open on Thanksgiving, they filled my families need.

This pharmacy has become absolutely horrible. They do not pick up the phone, at all, do not fill your requests until you come into the pharmacy after 24+ hours after you put in a refill request and then tell you it will be another hour, they are rude when you finally can get anybody to wait on you....going to be finding another pharmacy at this point as you simply cannot rely on this location to do their jobs.

I was supposed to get my meds fill today 11/13/2022. Only to grt to the pharmacy to find out they are closed. Everything says they shoild be open. Staffing shortage, go to or contact our closest pharmacy (30 min away) and they will take care of u. Well according to them there has to be a PHARMACIST AT THE PHARMACY to send the script to them. So they can do NOTHING. so now i dont get my medicine. I am forced to call into work. And i have reached out to rite aid only to be told, oh well better luck tomorrow... ARE U KIDDING ME. is this not a breach of contract? I called it in yesterday. Was told it would be ready today. NOTHING EXSEPT BETTER LUCK TOMORROW... TOTAL DISCRACE. I left Walgreens because they was too busy to fill in a timely manner. BUT I WAS NEVER TREATED LIKE THIS.

My husband and I went to get our annual flu shot. The pharmacy was empty except for the two employees behind the counter. We ask them for a flu shot and the female that evidently was in charge said no flu shot without an appointment. They were not busy, just visiting, and turned us away. We went to Walmart and got our flu shot. First time in so many years to not get our flu shot from rite aid. What happened to Issac?
