“Omgosh.... where are the words.Customer service in my opinion has fallen by the wayside.I have lost heart more times than I tell you over the industry and greed.I came to what I had experienced in the past a greedy pawn shop, I tell you now I called at least 5 before I came here.PAWN ONE is not a pawn shop it's more like a friend or even family member when your at your lowest.They gave me MORE than I asked for and most importantly when everything fell through, more than more time to not loose priceless belongings to me.They have a loyal customer for anything and everything I want to purchase.You can bet I'll call them first and say "hey do you have a" before I head out to a corporated chain to waste more of my precious time money or life.They gave me back some faith.”
