“My wife and I just moved here from out-of-state. We have banked with US Bank for 13years and we have never had any issue. This local branch is very convenient for us as it's only two miles from our home. The branch is large and there is much parking in addition to a drive thru as well as having an ATM located at the front of the building. Going inside, we were immediately greeted by one of the tellers as well as an officer on the lending platform. Seeking information, the staff was very courteous and helpful. On a second occasion, we were assisted by the branch manager who was most courteous and helpful and on the way out, we were again greeted by the original bank officer who helped us the first time. My wife and I were very satisfied with the assistance provided by the branch staff. I definitely recommend this branch of US Bank.”

“The lines here are very long. I've stopped by this location a few times and it has to be the slowest ICCU I've been to or maybe it's their busiest location in the entire Treasure Valley... if not, then more training is required or something.”
