“Last Wednesday June 5th after a long 3 hours on the phone with T-Mobil reps that just could not help me. I kept getting transferred, put on hold etc. Then in the end was told I needed to go to a t-Mobil store. I was extremely frustrated and exhausted at that time. But I had no choice. When I walked in the Caldwell store I was nothing but a pleasant surprise. Junior and Sativa treated me like gold!! I was in and out in just a few minutes. It is so refreshing to be treated with excellent customer service by the younger generation, and honestly very rare. Parents trained them well. I only see success in the future for Junior, and Sativa. I think they are worth keeping and deserve good raises. This kind of service needs rewarded!!! I called the store to let manager Jose know about the service I received, and he too was so sweet and kind! T-Mobile corporate, you have some real gems at this Caldwell T-Mobile! I will highly recommend this store to as many as I can!

“Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this cell phone store to anyone in need. I fell for the online only, discount providers that only let you chat with an AI bot. I was totally frustrated and stuck between two providers with no service. Cindy was knowledgeable, professional and had me in service with Boost super fast. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. You guys are GREAT!! Well done!!”

“I definitely had a rough start, but the employees, and the manager turned everything around. The manager personally called me to make sure I was taken care of. Nathan, an employee at this location, was great! After my phone broke, he helped me get the right device, and made sure I was setup. I have a better phone, nice tablet, all for a great deal price.
