Car dealer doesn't pounce on you once you enter the lot, he lets you browse vehicles without the pressure (or breathing down your back) until you show decent interest in a vehicle or start to seek him out, he's very laid back for an old guy ;-p I love you, dad

I got a 1989 Chevrolet pickup from them. The salesman has always been fair with me. As long as you communicate with him.I have been a little late a couple of times on my payments. However, I knew it was going to happen well in advance. So, I would always call Larry, and let him know.I only ever really had one issue with the truck. When something went wrong with the ground. This caused the truck to not start. - I had been making payments on it for about 6 months at that point. I called Larry, about it. He gave me some trouble shooting tips... But I couldn't resolve the issue. So, I took it into the owner's shop. He fixed it, and was more than fair about it.I would recommend Malanes Auto Sales to anyone. If you're just starting out. Or, if you're starting over. They will give you a chance... And work with you as much as they can.The key to working with Larry, and all they people down at Malanes is communication.

Very good friend of the owner. Stopped by to see what was happening. I would recommend that you check them out if buying a car or need to have work done to your car. He has done quite a bit for our household at very reasonable prices.

Community warning !! Careful doing any business with Milanes Auto sales! They will rob you of your money. I bought a car from them the very next day the car broke down after they had promised me everything was great and a big to do about them driving it all around and it was a great car. As months go on the car continues to break down. I had them fix the car twice with was a BIG mistake. . Milanes Auto sales always promised to fix it but never did the correct job. They replaced the water pump for me and the car continued to go downhill from there. I finally took it to a reputable mechanic and had to pay an additional $1,500 to get the car fixed. The mechanic told me it's a good thing the water hose started leaking on me and I got it in when I did. Well Larry at Milanes auto sales replaced my water pump they didn't not install it correctly. The shady work with my UNMOUNTED water pump they had put in had fell into the radiator causing a huge dent in it, chewing up my fan belt almost to breaking, and fell into my fan motor. Which if this had dislodged just a little more it would cause my “Supposed safe family carâ€...like Larry claimed to cause me to wreck at any time with the fan motor and main belt breaking/seizing. I talked to Larry, he offered to fix it but I had turned down the offer of “fixing “my car a third time after a potential life threatening work he had already done. I was $800 shy of paying off the vehicle always kept up and even paid more on my payments. I spoke to Larry at Milanes Auto Sales and made arrangements with to pay off the truck on the 5th of December. After Larry knew that I had paid the additional $1,500 out of her pocket to correctly fix the truck. Larry chose to still send out a repo company to repossess my car. At that time he wanted the car back because the value had just gone up after the repair. Larry the car salesman said that it was at his discretion to repossess the car because he did not recall the payment arrangement so in addition to the $800 that were due he wanted another $500. The auto salesman stated that it was $350 for the repo fee + $150 late fee from the 19th to the 26th. The car was never repossessed but Milanes Auto Sales still demanded for the repossession fee. This additional $3000 was my children's Christmas money and he's never charged me a late fee. When we questioned why he was charging me a late fee of $150 from the 19th to the 26th he said it was at his discretion and he could charge it if he wanted. We have picketed the business and gave the owner an opportunity to speak for himself instead he calls the cops and will not show his face just drives by . They are a very dishonest business and in talking with the community I am not the only client with this horrible experience.
