Employees had attitudes and seemed like I was talking to a computer not a person. customer service skills are not where they should be. They only care about profit these days not like it once was. I grew up on the customer is always right. I thought I filed a claim on a phone and nothing. Also found out I thought I had insurance on both phones it was taken off one of my phones without my consent or knowledge. Ill be considering changing my network if they don't clean up their act soon.

I definitely had a rough start, but the employees, and the manager turned everything around. The manager personally called me to make sure I was taken care of. Nathan, an employee at this location, was great! After my phone broke, he helped me get the right device, and made sure I was setup. I have a better phone, nice tablet, all for a great deal price. I recommend Metro, and Nathan.

Terrible customer service. Transferred the wrong number and then refused to wave the fee after they made a mistake on their end. Took over 3 hours with no solution.

BUYER BEWARE Our experience with this store is that they feel free to change the terms of sale without informing the customer before purchase. Specifically, deciding whats returnable and non-returnable even if purchased in error, and returned unused the next day. I would not shop here if you could avoid it, lots of alternatives in the area.

The employees at this location are rude everytime I go inside. They get attitudes whenever a customer asks for help. They also let friends just hang out. Terrible customer services and zero friendliness!

The general manager for a couple of store is Gabe Perez... so he had my lg note and he was trying to install am app and some how some way he factory reset the note ../ my thoughts either he copied what I had in it or or he erased my son's picture me and my sister me and my moms... a general manager factory resetting my note pad ..and cleaning clean my note ... but when it comes to his phone or my son that's all I had of him... I wasn't there to see him grow all I had was those memories of him... i don't know how to handle this situation... it's past mad and angry

This location charges more than what the website states. They add accessories stating they are included with the phone purchase, but actually charge you for it without telling you. They also added the premium security package for an additional $10 a month without asking. I saw this on my account when I logged in and cancelled it as soon as I saw it. They don't tell you line by line what is being charged and then argue with you when you try to dispute it afterwards. When they did give me some of the charges verbally, they never stated the phone case was extra. I did not get a receipt and was told the next day it was because the printer was broken. The Manager is rude and will not assist in anyway, other than telling you, you knew exactly what you were getting and paying for and "included with the phone" means "you are paying for it" and "we do things different than what the website says. She also stated she knew exactly what was discussed even though she wasn't there. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They are dishonest and will sneak fees and costs in wherever they can. They will also refuse to give. you the phone deals and make you pay full price. Unfortunately, there is no course of action for the buyer as no other store nor the corporate number can help resolve the issue. Beware of this location. I should have slowed down to take the time to get all the information before paying. I wouldn't be in this situation if I did. They need training in Customer Service skills and be willing to work with the customer instead of arguing and denying any wrong doing. I just hope the service is better than the customer service they provide, otherwise I will take my business elsewhere.

My family and I were looking to switch from T-Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile, so we went back and forth from the one on Linden to t-mobile and the guy working at Linden told me to just go to the Metro by Walmart so we don't continue going back and forth. So we pay off my sister's phone at T-Mobile, go to Metro two doors down. These girls were nice, Myra seemed to be working doing something else, anyways the girl who we spoke to first was first seeing if our phones would work with their sims cards she checked my sister's and mom's saying they weren't compatible? They were from t-mobile so they HAD to be. We left because we have seen this tactic before and didn't want to cause a scene, so we went back to Linden street and they were able to complete our switch! Highly recommend the Metro by downtown Caldwell not the one by the Walmart.
