I am compelled to share my recent experience with Kenworth Sales in Caldwell, and regrettably, it has been far from satisfactory.Lost Truck Incident:My semi-truck was inexplicably lost within their yard, leading to an incredibly stressful situation. Their initial response was to advise me to involve the Caldwell PD and file a police report. Several hours later, after much distress, I was informed by the police that my truck was in Kenworth Sales' parking lot. This mishap caused unnecessary strain and anxiety.Customer Service Response:Upon reaching out to their service writer, I was met with a response that labeled this incident as a "learning experience," a term that did little to address the inconvenience caused. The lack of a sincere apology or acknowledgment of the distress this caused was disheartening.Recurring Issues and Lack of Resolution:Subsequently, my truck has been back to their shop three times for the same issue, without a satisfactory resolution. Despite repeated assurances, I continue to receive invoices without a tangible fix to the ongoing problem. The delays in addressing our concerns, coupled with overselling when it comes to providing a timeline for repairs, have made it increasingly challenging to conduct business with them.Overselling and Lip Service:Kenworth Sales has a tendency to oversell their ability to promptly address issues. Lip service is provided, promising swift attention to our units, but in reality, the timelines are routinely extended, leading to frustration and downtime for our fleet.In conclusion, my experience with Kenworth Sales in Caldwell has been marked by a significant loss, recurring issues, and a lack of timely resolutions. As someone who values and invests in maintaining a fleet of semis/vac trucks, the challenges presented by this dealership make it increasingly difficult to continue doing business with confidence.I sincerely hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement and that future interactions with Kenworth Sales result in a more positive and efficient experience.

Have only used their parts they have a good variety of parts and accessories in stock anyways have the lights or wiring I need show room is nice and big

I would not bring my truck here. They misdiagnosed it, charged me $393, then said sorry about you luck. As a single O/O I can’t afford mistakes like that. Won’t be using this location again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

BEST. DEALER. ANYWHERE!!!! We’ve been across the US, and this dealer has actual caring people! They help you get any issues fixed!! Plus they are open LATE!!! No dealer in our new home state of Utah stays open past 5, nor are they open on weekends! When does a trucker break down…….”after hours” or on the “weekend”. Thank you guys for being so awesome!!

Great bunch of people. Very courteous and most of all, knowledgeable. They don't waste any time. They were the only shop between Twin Falls and Caldwell that would even consider looking into our problem. Came in with an ABS issue on our trailer, they worked us in to their schedule and with in 20 minutes they found the problem and started the repair.Service: Brakes
