I was buying the sunday paper and was making sure the coupons were in there but there was just a white envelope i asked if it was the coupons but the ladies didnt know so i said i would but it. it was a directv ad and the paper didnt have coupons and the cashier said you still have to buy it. i told her just next time can when you have to give a customer bad news it helps if you say sorry. instead of sorry i got attitude then sorry. then she told the customer after me sorry i have attitude. i just walked away cause i wanted to punch the hoe.
