Kristin Hamilton is my go-to tax guru when I have tax law questions! Her knowledge library is vast, and she keeps herself up to date on all the tax law changes. I know she has my best interest in mind and tells it like it is. Thank you Kristin!!

Decided to use H&R Block because my tax situation was simple. One trip to the office should complete my filing for income tax. Turned into a nightmare. The advisor who processed my return, was new with little experience. I had to make 4 trips to the office. Finally, my return was submitted. I later received a letter from the state. The letter showed an obvious error made by the tax preparer. Back to the office for the 5th time. An amended return was filed. Needless to say, I will never return to H&R Block.

Candi was super easy to work with, timely, and kind. She really cares about her customers! Other staff at the location were also super helpful and kind. If I decide to use tax preparation services again, I will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend tax consultant Kristin Hamilton. My taxes were very complicated and she took the time to explain everything to me multiple times in multiples formats so that I really understood what I was filing. She offered to help me understand information my place of business sent regarding changes in the 2023 tax season to help me be more prepared for next year's filings. They had evening time slots to meet with a tax consultant, which helped with my limited availability. When my initial tax consultant didn't have the answer to my questions they approached Kristin, who did have the answers. I had an excellent experience.
