“The employees are wonderful and pleasant. Today, I took notice the 2 employees in the produce area enjoying working together. Thier friendly banter made me smile. The meat department...amazing. The department staff are wonderful. They are great at listening to what selection of meats I would like and packaging it to my specifications. The clerks at checkout are really great and typically the small talk conversations are pleasant.”

“They always have great produce! The avocados are always ripe and ready to use. Their prepared meats are always so tasty! All at a good price. The owner of the store makes her own salsa and it is so packed with flavor. I always look to see if she has some when I go there.”

“This location is always clean and well stocked on every aisle. Employees are friendly and helpful. But, the best part is their pharmacy. The pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. They are prompt when filling a prescription and great at communicating when it's ready! Also, they will let you know when it's time for a refill. Plus they have a drive-thru. Would highly recommend them!”

“We can grocery shop anywhere but we choose this Caldwell Grocery Outlet because of 1 very kind, pleasant, friendly human being… Amber, our favorite checker! No matter what time of the day, we leave with a laugh and a smile. In the age of AI Era and self check out, customer service has just gone out the window. If they would just have more Ambers in the grocery store, we would stop going to Costco altogether. Our last checker today Daniela seemed “inconvenienced” that she had to open up another line to help out so we did miss our “Amber sweetness” treatment for sure. We thought we would express our loyal gratitude for the extremely kind people that matter because Amber appreciates our business. Inflation is real even though Grocery outlet is not the cheapest, we go there because of Amber. Paying it forward as we appreciate people who take care of us.”
