The barbers were rude and could not understand me one little bit since the noise in the store was so loud. My haircut was not for what I remotely asked for. Terrible and would not recommend for anyone under the age of 50

Don't do it. I kept giving them chances but enough is enough. Took my teen for a haircut. The guy at the register asks if the appointment was for me and I said no as mine had just been trimmed less than a month prior. He immediately told me my hair looked bad and that I needed to put product in it. It was raining so of course it looked bad. It came out during my wait that he had been challenged to sell more product. He insulted me to make sales. Rude. The lady cutting my kids hair didn't listen to anything we said about length. We asked for just past the shoulders and wound up with a cut 3 inches above and looking like Lord Farquad. It hadn't been trimmed for a while and this woman made it look worse than when we started. Awful and embarrassing. I kept thinking that I'd find someone there who knew how to cut hair but I don't think they do. Side note: I was in once and they were cutting a gentleman who was clearly greasy and unwashed. Sat for my turn and she put THE SAME CAPE on me that was still covered with this man's greasy hair clumps. She seemed surprised that I asked for a clean one. Disgusting.

The manager, who is no longer there, always did a great job and her last hair cut for me was the best one I ever had. She is no longer there and I got an almost tolerable haircut. I told the stylist I was trying to grow out the top layer of hair to be the length of the rest of the hair. I wanted the cut longer than the front tapering up to the back with teeny tiny feather like layers. . She asked in the process of cutting my hair "how many layers three?" I said I guess so if that is what was done last time. As she was finishing she said she cut the a hair to let my ears show. I told her I didn't want to see my ears. Too late. Stuck with three distinct layers, my ears showing and with her making the comment, "if you don't like it come back and we'll fix it." How do you glue hair back on?

Very friendly and listened to me and understood how I wanted my haircut. Great experience. I will definitely be back. Made this shop my favorite on the app.

I asked for and simple 6 on the sides and back and a Half inch of the top she done messed my stuff up. And it's not like I can wait for it to grow out. I have school on Monday. You already know I'm getting flamed. Worst haircut I've ever had.

Been coming here for years. Natalie and Annette and the opd crew used to give me and my son the best cuts of our life. Staff completely changed the past month. Me and my son recieved the worst cuts we've ever had. Super bummed out because i love this location used to be my favorite. Ill be looking elsewhere after today.

Worst haircut. I could have done this cut at my home. Just run the clippers all around my head. My hair is shorter than my boyfriend. Will never go to Great Clips again never. I'd love to cut her hair. Then maybe she will think about how she is cutting someone's hair.

Took my kids here and they were great to work with. The boys have never had their hair styled so to speak and didn't really know what they wanted. The two ladies that had them were very kind and patient. Talked through some options with them and asked how they wanted to do their hair. It was a great experience for such a casual place we will definitely go back.

Went to get a haircut. Logged onto their website and had to wait an hour. I discovered that was because they only had 2 stylists working. I explained how I wanted my haircut but ended up with an uneven cut. She shaved off one of my sideburns totally. I never really realized this until I got home. Doubt I'll be back.
