DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.
My insurance company works with them sadly and took my truck for repairs. They had my truck for over a month and kept delaying the pick up date for things that shouldn’t have been missed or they blame it on “parts came in damaged” this place is a scam. Don’t trust them with your vehicle.

My dad took his car for a repair for the front bumper being damaged due to a hit and run. He pick up his car after “the repair” which the repair didn’t get fixed, one side was completely close and the other side opened, and his dashboard phone holder was stollen there. He went to tell them where his dashboard phone holder was and they said they had to take it off because he window was super dirty but he took in the car for a bumper repair not to get the window cleaned. They never put it in the car.

The fact that this ship has ANY business at all is completely amazing. I took my Jeep there because they somehow managed to be approved to be on my insurance company’s trusted list of body shops. We took the vehicle in and dropped it off to begin the repairs. The next day, we received a call from them stating that didn’t want to work on our vehicle because they “didn’t feel that they would be able to repair it to our satisfaction”. This was a simple bumper replacement, with very minor damage to the hood. We had to pick our vehicle up and reschedule it to be repaired at another local shop. I wouldn’t trust this shop to repair a shopping cart, much less my own vehicle, especially since they lack any shred of confidence in their own work. Extremely unprofessional staff, and a very poor business ethic. If there were a way to leave zero stars for these idiots, even that would be too many.

Bottom tier company. Delayed repairing vehicle multiple times even though we discussed that we would be traveling out of town with them, installed a damaged product on vehicle as well (exhaust). They then threatened to charge us for the rental car that we currently had to extend because they didn't finish their work while we were out of country. I'd go anywhere else.
Should mention, when we first went to pick up vehicle they didn't complete repairs and they didn't check to see if indicators from sensors in vehicle were actually reset/working.

This place does fantastic work, will manage your awful insurance company, and fix your car the right way. But there are going to be some trade offs.
The office staff needs to get it together: Dropping off could not have been more difficult. We asked if we could drop the (wrecked) car off the evening before our appointment (when we had two drivers) so that we wouldn’t both have to take the day off to ensure I had a ride home from the drop off appointment. Their response was no- there was no where to park and we had to come in at the specified time with the wrecked vehicle. They suggested I familiarize myself with Uber. So pondering on this I called back and asked if we could drive our extra vehicle (the one I would drive home the next day) down and park it at the shop so I would have a car to drive home when I drove the wrecked vehicle down at the appointed drop off time to do the paperwork. SURE! There is no problem with THAT! (Um… someone explain this to me)…. So that is what we did…. And I drove my husband to work in the wrecked car the next morning before bringing it in for our drop off appointment because my intact car was at the shop. Thanks for caring Crash Champions…….
On the day of pickup the vehicle looked amazing but we were given paperwork for someone else’s vehicle even after telling them they had the wrong deductible amount. We handed them cash that they told us they couldn’t take. So we gave them a credit card which was then charged for both the correct and incorrect deductibles. It was sorted out with a phone call… but these things are stressful enough without adding to the chaos.
All in all; I would have to think realllly hard about doing this again. Even with the beautiful repairs and great communication throughout the process.
