Hours: Findlay Food Coatings is a 24-hour operation on weekdays. Access is through gate 5. Drivers should not use gate 3 or drive down Warren Road. From gate 5, turn left down the dirt or gravel road, go past the parking, and make a left over the railroad tracks between buildings. Check-in is at the receiving or shipping door with glass doors; the kiosk at the main Simplot check-in will not work and is too far. The building is pretty large but super easy to get around, with tons of room for maneuvering and lots of parking, including overnight. The frozen building only has two docks. The process is extremely efficient and positive. Staff is proficient and friendly, often working drivers in early. Wait times vary but the operation is excellent.
