The sales staff has the balance between helping and checking in down. I never felt like I was being overwhelmed or pestered and the guy who helped me listened to what I said I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction and then left me to browse. It's a bit of a drive for us, but one we will make again and again, no question!

Susan in the shoe department is amazing!! I was in today and had a difficult time choosing between two different brands of running sneakers. Susan was extremely knowledgeable!! She provided me with the pros & the difference between each sneaker and the brand. Susan, thank you for your amazing customer service today, Farmway is lucky to have you!!

My husband and I along with our children, grandchildren and now our Great Grand daughter have been customers at Farm-Way since they began over thirty years ago. When we first came to Vermont Farm-Way was the place to go because the lovely lady who sometimes at the register was so helpful in what we needed and what Farm-Way could provide along where we could find what we needed that they did not have. After many months we were in the store and asked for the blonde lady and w

This store is a very small, semi-clean, and often has expired merchandise. It's located in the heart of the Farmway Village, a Caldwell Housing Authority Unit that my former Mother-In-Law lives in and I frequent on the weekends. This place has all sort of things for the over 800 people that live in this area. Some of the things they sell are can foods, milk, junk food, meat, and other groceries. Many of the items are Costo bought and resold, again many things at or near the expiration date yet it's very convenient for the people that live here. Many of the people that live here are lower income and unable to get to town to get to the store and this place is a good alternative. Oftentimes, they will have a sell outside of homemade tamales or enchiladas. The owners of this place are friendly. In summary, it doesn't compare to any convenient store of modern times, but for the location and their customer base-- it's A-OK.

Family owned and operated, everyone is hands on...fabulous business offering something for everyone. Great customer service, super sense of humor, great staff. I is totally wonderful to walk into a place of business, be greeted by an owner, be served by fabulous staff, find the perfect something...plus more that you may have or may not have been looking for, and then be thanked for supporting their business! Take a few hours and go and visit Farm-way...Pandora, Vera Bradley, Patagonia, Prana, Royal Robbins, Teva, Ariat, Zamberlan, Haflinger, Horse needs, fencing, dog needs, furniture, maple syrup...I could go on and on....
