Well, i neverrealized howamazing is the couch for cyclin and zumba. I am very happy to join these two new clases. My pasión has always been weights. But now i barely have enough time. I really like Mónica she males it fun, enjoyable and is working. Thank you Monica you are the best!

I had a membership here for a couple years. This place was my favorite gum personally. The equipment is top notch and the staff is very nice and non-judgemental. Which I appreciate. It's a great gym and I suggest it to anyone who I know that can afford it in this economy.

Lots of equipment available, also has pickleball, hot tub, pool and sauna for a good price compared to other gyms out there. My only wish was that this was open 24hrs.
