I am so tired of Cricket Wireless and their weird way of doing things. I went in to add a line, thought I had paid the bill in full, just to find out I had to pay more later, when I went in again to pay the money they left off the original payment I was charged a fee for paying the bill in store....so wrong. Don't get me wrong their employees want to sell things to you, they are flashy, nice, courteous. They seem to have it all together, yet when your fined weird fines.told that's they way it is. Then you find out that after you pay for years on end the services end up not worth the money you pay for. My advice? Go somewhere else.

Anna helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. Usually it takes forever but that gal knows her stuff and was very helpful and kind. We don't know much about technology but she took her time and walked us thru everything. She is a true star at that store.
