I’m very impressed with how simple and quick the renting process was. Elizeo is especially knowledgeable and helped immensely with recommending an alternative product from the one I was looking at originally. All around a good experience and great people! ??

I normally don’t share ratings or postings like this but I have to say is that Patty and Linda at the Caldwell location are fantastic. They’re very kind super helpful and just a pleasure to work with. I have been going to this location for about two years now, and will only shop with them. I highly recommend it. It’s rare to find great customer service these days but their genuine kindness and great attitude makes all the difference.

Working sells in the past, I have a different insight with customer service. It can be a difficult job to manage. But here at R2O; the staff has always been on point. With helping me find more of what I wanted and pairing things together. Not to mention the delivery service is quick, comfortable and very respectful. Recently I’ve had the privilege to work with Linda and Elizeo who helped with some discrepancies and set up issues. That were quickly resolved. Making me feel like a valued customer and not just a customer who made a purchase and was forgotten. Thank you guys for being more than polite and easy to work with. Def recommend this place and Linda as a Sales rep to work with.

We rented a stackable washer and dryer. It ended up being too wide for our laundry room to where we couldn't close the laundry room door. My husband and I asked for a smaller set, but they didn't have any. We used their services for 2 weeks. On Wednesday Elizeo and Grace came to pick up the units. They were both very friendly and respectful. However, the laundry room door got pushed into the wall which put a hole in the wall. Grace apologized and called her manager. We were told someone would be out to fix it. I did call yesterday and left a voicemail but have not received a call back yet.
