Just an awesome place to workout or take a class!! The instructors are absolutely the best!!! The staff is always very helpful and friendly!

Friendly staff and people; enjoy all the classes especially Zumba, Sound Bath Meditation and my personal trainer Rai is the best. Working out at age 73 couldn't be better!

Great establishment! Went to a class here, and it was good. Also, there was enough space for large groups. I will definitely come here again!
