If you are a Boost customer you can never move. When their junky phone dies and you try to order a replacement it'll be sent to the house you lived in when your account was created, even if you haven't lived there in over 8 years. Their so-called "service" reps won't be able to answer anything you ask. Why can't you put in the correct address? "Sorry, we just can't." Please cancel and refund my order. "Sorry, we can't." But I don't live there anymore! I have ordered 2-3 other phones at my current address! "Sorry, please ask UPS to do "delivery intercept" and have them deal with it." So I may be out $110 for nothing. UPS doesn't do what Boost claims they can do. Well, not unless there's an "unsuccessful delivery attempt". So I have to hope the person who lives in my old house isn't home when UPS delivers so they'll redirect the package. And if they're home and decide they like my phone or want to steal it and sell it on eBay? "We understand the situation is frustrating." This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. My questions veer from their script and because no one has any sense or can think critically anymore, all they can say is "Sorry. Can't. Please bear with us!" As soon as I get this all cleared up I'll be switching to another provider. Probably Mint unless someone can recommend another provider. (My review is not for the Caldwell location)

Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this cell phone store to anyone in need. I fell for the online only, discount providers that only let you chat with an AI bot. I was totally frustrated and stuck between two providers with no service. Cindy was knowledgeable, professional and had me in service with Boost super fast. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. You guys are GREAT!! Well done!!
