Not sure where you go to get ur Jeep or 4x4 washed. But... we're canceling our BlueBird Car wash subscription on all of our vehicles. Apparently they will no longer clean the rear of your vehicle if it has a spare tire or hitch. FYI.
Appreciate your canned response. We've been paying for this service for a year, the concern has only just began. Wouldn't it be beneficial to customers to post it as an exclusion instead of stealing their money. Unbelievable.

That wash sucks epic is better 100% I will never go there again. The only good thing about Bluebird is that they have a sink for the floor mates.

Definitely the most thorough carwash in Caldwell. I used to go to the other wash, but this new Bluebird has more brushes and I think does a superior job compared to the other one in town. Rags, vacuums, floor mat washers and compressed air. I'd recommend this Bluebird Express to everyone.

My kids LOVE going to bluebird express! They absolutely love the lights and experience. They always ask to go again and again. It's entertainment for your kiddos and you get your car washed at the same time. The unlimited pass is worth it and affordable. The people working here are AWLAYS so nice and friendly. I have never had any of them get upset about me going more than once through the car wash because of my kiddos wanting to go again ? Its 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars!

I love this carwash but unfortunately today there seemed to be some technical issues going on. Instead being up front and communicating with us the two employees just stood at one of the terminals and pressed buttons. They kept looking around at the cars but didn’t do anything. It wasn’t until several minutes later that they went to go talk to the car to the left of us. That car then just reversed and left. Then several minutes later they came and talked to the car in front of us and swiped their card and pushed some buttons but nothing happened. The employees clearly looked unsure of what to do. After waiting for another several minutes as the two employees just stood around looking helpless we decided to just leave. It would have been nice to have one of the employees approach us and let us know what was going on instead of being left in limbo wondering what is going on.

The car wash was 20 dollars, the wash stopped twice while in it and my truck was still dirty and had bugs on the windows when I finished

Not the best when it comes to how clean your car gets after passing through the drive in. The one good thing is it is better than Epic Shine as Epic Shines roller scuffs your rooftop if you have a SUV with a rear window spoiler. These guys use foam like curtains and gentler spinning brushes.

I love this carwash but unfortunately, because have to have a major repair done on my car and am unable to get it into my mechanic until the end of June, I had to cancel my membership as I'll be unable to use it. Jake was very courteous and helpful in assisting me with the cancellation of my membership. I'll return once my car is fixed. Thank You, Jake!!!

Best car wash in town! My old Cadillac looks great and the vacuums and mat washers are an added plus. Helpful friendly staff and reasonable prices, especially the monthly rates. 10/10 recommend
