Best customer service I've had at and auto sales place ever. Caiden L. Is your guy. He helped me out and treated me like a friend and didn't feel like he was ever trying to sell me something but supporting me in finding me what I wanted. 11/10 service. Lindsey in finance and Jesus in service were both very informative and helpful also. Not one person in that place had anything less than exceptional service. Birds of Prey Caldwell, they make it happen and leave you feeling good.

Purchased a new Yamaha MT-09sp through Levi at BOPM. Because of availability globally we had to get a deposit done. Levi and the whole team made it all super easy and the communication was awesome. Once the bike arrived they quickly got it set up and ready to take home. The process of paying and getting things done and me out the door was super simple. Highly recommend, even if it’s a bit of a drive from Ada County as they are worth the extra miles.

I’ve had my sxs in the service department for about 1 months and a half because my gear box went out and I still haven’t had an answer about getting it fixed. First they sold me the wrong belt and later on it started to make a sound in the gear box I take it in and they say it’s the wrong belt they sold me making the noice so I buy the right one and still did the same and it’s been a horrible experience with the service department 1 and a half and nothing I go and they say about 3 weeks to a month more is insane!!! The sales people were awsome and would recommend buying from them just not taking your stuff to get serviced.

It was a great experience buying my first motorcycle. I bounced around from bike to bike so much that Levi could hardly keep up. I felt like young Charlie in the chocolate factory, looking at everything with wonderment in my eyes. Was it the Fizzy Cola? The Everlasting Gobstopper? The Ryker, the Spyder or a MT-09? No. We decided the schnoz berries tasted like schnoz berries once I saw the 2020 Sportster 883, that was the one for me. Halloween Orange and Matte Black. Oh and the price was fair, and really though, the process was easy. They had a bigger selection than I expected, but it was no problem that I wanted to look around at every freaking bike and pretend like I knew what I was talking about. Good times.

Charged me $400 for a rear tire change - and left my TPMS sensor off, which cost me two hours of time to go back and get it. I was not happy, and will not be going back. They did get me in on short notice, which is the only reason I gave them three stars.

Levi and Cayden were super helpful in helping me find a spot to get to to be able to purchase a bike. I’m sure they both knew it would be hard for me to be approved but they still took time to help me out and have helpful knowledge. Will be coming back when I have the funds to buy from them. Excellent customer service.
