The store was very well staffed, however the cleanliness is lacking. I understand it's an auto parts store but should not have an aroma of sewage.

Jose, said he was the assistant manager, he tried to accuse me of using a tool I was returning but said he would "take it anyway" although it was actually never used. It was black and would have been completely marked up if it had been used. I didn't appreciate that power trip. You need a reciept or they will only do store credit. Not good with customer service at all. Systems are also way outdated. I would not recommend this location.

I went to Autozone to get a new battery and terminals and I was greeted with the greatest hospitality. Jose helped me find everything I needed and made sure everything was within budget. He later helped me install my battery and was quick and very efficient. I’ve never met someone as kind and polite in all the years I’ve spent at Autozone. Absolute 10/10 experience. Jose definitely deserves a raise!Ryker

I like going to AutoZone they are very helpful very knowledgeable and they're always greet you with a smile that's why I noticed about them .I don't go to O'Reilly's anymore because I feel that they don't have very good customer service as AutoZone they lend you everything they dont look at like .want more can I say they're good people they help you out as much as they can.
