My boyfriend Austin went in to have tires checked and a few other things and they were willing to help out and replace a part that had to get replaced and worked with us. They are an amazing shop and we are going to continue to go to them

Used to be great, not sure if it is since the Point S thing or what. Took a flat tire in a couple weeks ago, tires that I purchased at American, the dude told me can't fix it and he also didn't seem to care about finding a solution. Seemed like I was an annoyance to him for being there. I worked on tires for years and understand the shoulder issue repair on radial tires. This puncture was a couple inches from the shoulder. Took it to L.S. down the street, fixed no problem. For free. Tires that weren't even purchased there. Bye Bye American Tire.
Good tire prices and great service. Our car uses an unusual tire size and Megan was super helpful. Can't comment about their other services as we haven't used them.

After damaging my wheel, these guys refused to take responsibility for the damage they did. Don't waste your time or money with them. BBB rating is a C for a reason...

Just put about 1500 Dollars into my wife's Grand Caravan at this shop. Got a tune up brakes and alignment done. They found one of our front brake calipers were stuck and called me right away. Replaced both front calipers... Vicky that handles the front desk and phone calls is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy person I've ever dealt with when it comes to repair shops. I don't know the name of the tech that worked on our car but it runs drives and stops wonderful!!!! Vicky went through upcoming problems we may have with me and explained why they would be a problem to a T. I absolutely found my new go to auto shop!! And prices are very competitive to others. Called a few and this was the best price. Thank you so much team!! Y'all do amazing work and your customer service is top notch! At least for people like me who just want honest work at a good price! Will be back for sure!

I have been a customer of American tire for about three years. I’m sad to say that I will not be returning again.I went to get my oil changed on 2/14/24 .When l got home l noticed things on my paperwork was inaccurate.They had my name address and phone number correct however, My vehicle information was incorrect.I have a 2016 white Nissan Ultima. They listed my car, as a 2018 Audi.The Vin number, on my paper work was wrong, obviously the Vin number on my paperwork belonged to the Audi that they mistakenly put on my paperwork.In addition to an oil change, I asked for all the fluids to be checked, and a tire rotation.A column on the left side of the paper work lists services that were NOT done. NONE of the fluids had been checked although I had requested that service also.
