I've been there twice, and I've found nothing less than professional and reasonably-priced work. Emergency battery replacement and later new tires. They even text periodically to see how the car's running.

Had my A/C worked on here. The first time they didn't listen to me that there was a leak so I had to bring it back. The second time they replaced a line and 2 weeks later it broke again. Took it somewhere else and was told there was a gasket missing in the line and the system was overcharged which caused a relay to go out. They had no integrity to do anything about the issue stating they didn't believe the other shop. So if they fail to fix your vehicle don't expect them to do what's right. Side note: ******* (secratary) had made several promises to me about getting back to me and I had to follow up every time because I never heard back from them.

There should be negative stars for this business. I was charged but did not receive the repair as stated. Dan the owner has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had a dirty electrical connector on my 1990 Nissan 300zx, a simple repair of cleaning the contacts was all that was necessary, but Dan wanted to cut my wire harness and solder the wires together instead increasing my bill substantially. I came down to see what was needed and when Matt, Dan's son showed me the problem I questioned Dan's solution. The interesting thing is Matt said he agreed with me and didn't understand why his dad wanted to cut it out either. So I refused Dan's repair and asked for them to just clean the contacts and we'd go from there. Well Dan must have gotten offended and told me if I didn't come get my car by that closing day, he would put a lean on my car. My car hadn't even been there a full day, I never refused payment or said anything derogatory, but my good ole pal Dan had other words. Don't trust this shop!... Read More

This is a true story. We moved here just over two years ago. I brought my Subaru in for a new rear wheel bearing, and valve cover gasket on the passenger side. The repair took about two days longer than it should have, given the day of the appointment. About 10 weeks later, I brought the car in because Einsteins Oil had done my oil and filter, but did not put in a new crush washer, and my drain plug was leaking oil. They addressed that, and told me that my other valve cover gasket was leaking. So, I made an appointment for the Friday before Christmas, and left the car and keys overnight. We were going to my parent for Christmas in Puyallup, Washington on late Friday morning. Right before we were heading out the door, they called and said that they couldn't find my key, which is impossible if you saw the key tag, and the fact that their office is a large silo. I gave them the combination for the key in my safe. The car was scheduled for the repair that day. The following Tuesday, we were getting ready to head back to Nampa. Since we live 5 miles south of All Tech, I called and gave them my debit card number, so I could pick my car up that evening on the way home. At 5 pm, we were driving through Eastern Oregon, and i got a call from the owner's son, saying that they had not even started on the repair. This meant that we had to make a special trip back up at 12 noon, the next day. To me, not telling me this in the morning, when I called to pay for the repair is the same as lying. I got the car home and I looked at the engine. I was stunned. The driver's side valve cover had not been touched. I called and asked what was going on, I didn't get much of an answer. A few weeks later, when I was recovering from surgery on the back of my index finger, I was watching a car restoration show. It hit me that what had happened. Back 3 months ago, when I first brought the car in, and it was not done on time, they rushed the valve cover repair, and the gasket twisted, causing a new oil leak. They hadn't replaced the other side like they said, they replaced the one that they fixed the first time! So, I paid to have my passenger side valve cover gasket replaced twice. I was so angry that I just emailed the secretary, and demanded a refund. This is a list here of how not to treat a customer. Especially someone that has worked on cars for many years. It seems that some people that are locals like to play games and mistreat newcomers. That is the only explanation that makes sense for such a terrible experience. Nothing about these events show that this a place to trust your car to, and $100 an hour, it is a joke. I lost parts and hours of my valuable time. All Tech should be avoided completely. They also angered the person that recommended them to me. There is a lot of people that hate newcomers to the area. Fine, then don't do business with us, and we will go elsewhere.

I've been bringing all my vehicles here for years and all I can say is that this place is very fair and honest. Their work is very good and quick. The parts they use are good quality. The owner is a very nice guy and a hard worker. His ETA's on when my vehicle is going to be ready is always spot on.

Beware of this place! I went in for a simple tire change (seeing all the positive reviews), but afterwards the owner told me to follow him into the shop because they found other problems. He and his mechanic then proceeded to shake two of my wheels which shook pretty bad, telling me that it is dangerous to drive around like that and that I had to get additional things fixed. He then showed me his estimate for the job which was pretty high. Frankly, when the wheels shook like that, I panicked a little and thought about getting it repaired then and there despite the cost, but then remembered a time when another mechanic did something similar at another shop (showing me shaky wheels) which turned out to be nothing but a scam to scare naive customers into spending more money. I took the car to three other mechanics, one of them a friend of mine and just as I suspected, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the wheels. Upon closer inspection, it seemed they either loosened a bolt or two somewhere behind the wheels to shake them like that to scare the customer (me), then tightened it back again when they realized I wasn't taking the bait. The owner seemed nice enough and competent at first, but I think they take advantage of alot of customers this way, especially women and some of the Korean population here, so I would really beware of this place. I could only imagine how many other of their customers have already fallen for sneaky, underhanded stunts like this to scare them into dishing out extra money for repairs they never really needed, including some of the positive reviewers on here, unbeknownst to them. I've even heard of some shops that actually break parts that were perfectly fine going in to drum up business, so always get SECOND or THIRD opinion whenever a shop 'shows' you sudden costly repairs that you apparently need. You will end up saving hundreds and hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs. Also, it goes without saying, but never trust how nice or accomodating they first appear to be. All that means nothing.

I've been going to Juan for years. They are very talented and always fix my car at a fair and reasonable price, unlike many experiences I've had elsewhere. I trust him completely and would highly recommend to others. He's a very nice guy.

Juan and his crew are the most customer service oriented mechanics you will ever find. If you are looking for a long term mechanic Juan and Crew @ All tech is it. Nothing but good reviews. I have been going to All tech for over 15 yrs. I have all the trust and respect for individuals in an industry that is dominated my franchises. Juan always finds a way to fit you in, for all you automotive repairs. Need a oil Change, brakes replaced or as simple as a flat tire repaired, he is the solution. Rest a sure you will be taken care of right away. Try them and out and you will for sure make it a habit to visit them for all you automotive means.
