Store is nicely stocked and, organized and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful especially with the Albertsons app I was navigating.

How hard it is to follow directions and make a friggin cake. I called and asked if they had any blaze cakes to order. He said no. So I came in and picked out a cake. We ordered the COLORS on the transformers cake. Just the colors!! And chocolate.
Go in to pickup the cake. I see a price of $52?... he opens the cake. It's transformers! Same guy who took my order. After standing there for 15 min with them trying to figure out what to do, my daughter's looking at the book and says mom there is a blaze cake! What seriously? After they told me they didn't have it. So they say they can take the top of the cake off and "remake " it with blaze. I told them I'd come back and get it later. (This was 2ish pm)
I came back to get the cake at 730 pm and my cake was sitting out the entire time. Drum my understanding whipped cream frosting is supposed to be kept cold. Anyways. The guy was super rude like it was my fault he didn't write my order down right. The colors on the cake weren't correct and no sprinkles like I asked around the border. Last but not least, I asked for chocolate cake AND GOT HALF VANILLA. Not sure i even got charged correctly either as it says it was a wedding cake on the sticker. What a disaster
