BY FAR, the absolute best storage facility I’ve ever used in 5 different states. Management is ALWAYS available, friendly, compassionate, understanding. I’ve never had any issues with theft or vandalism. The management team is top notch and clearly embrace the concept of customer service. I have enjoyed my time here. I highly recommend 208 Storage

The reason for the low review is that the fact that 208 storage has absolutely no trash facilities anywhere on the property for the price I think trash bins won't break your bank!!!

The folks at 208 storage have been wonderful and very patient with me. They always answered my questions with a smile and were always willing to help figure out a solution. I will definitely be back if I need RV storage again.

**the storage was under my boyfriend’s name since we shared it***I used to love this storage and I was with them for a couple of months. Last winter once the snow melted I went to pull some things out just to realize someone cut my lock off and stole: wedding supplies,clothes,money, bent my photos, and stole my nieces clothes and toys and more. I cried and called the office where she apologized and said she would review her cameras which had 2 weeks of footage. I called the cops(followed up 2x and they were no help!). The owner then tells me she’s moving and leaving this place with new managers and that her cameras actually only recorded for 7 days at a time. Then I found out since I was in the back of the storage area,the didn’t have cameras!!!!! Anyways I never got any answers and finally moved the rest of my things out.

The most friendly owners and cleaner facilities in Idaho. Prices are the least around, and the owners are always willing to help if there's a question or if you need help. Highly recommended

I gave a 30 days notice via email and was confirmed. They said cllall when you are eout. Which my husband did and left message. They lied and said we never called and charged us $275 for another month. Do not do business with this company. They in my opinion are shady.UPDATE: And thier response below makes no sense. I didn't respond on the 11th as I already had both gave a written 30 day notice AND called the day of.If they were an up and up company they would not lie about that and refund our money.

The units are not sealed. My belongings are covered in dirt. To add to the mess the unit leaks, dripping on my stuff. Water also comes in under the door and floods the floor. These units are good for belongings that are in plastic tubs. No cardboard or furniture.

I wouldn't even rate this business (maybe a -5), but I had to select at least a 1--I would never rent anything from them. I contacted them regarding their offensive (to some), billboard sign along the I84 freeway that looks like it has been spray painted/graffiti saying, "Let's Go Brandon", and when I tried to explain that to some this may be offensive, the lady in the office laughed and said, "So is the President". Now, I believe everyone has a right to their own political views and I wouldn't presume to impose any views on anyone; however, I also don't believe political views should be advertised along the I84 freeway for a year or longer. We are all aware of the meaning of the words spray painted on that sign, and I was simply asking to have it taken down as it looks like some kids got up their and spray painted on the sign, and I would think advertising their business would be better use of their sign. I was VERY surprised to learn that it belongs to 208 Storage. These people are VERY rude, as I was also told that, "It's their sign and they can put whatever they want on it." I was certainly not surprised to read all the negative comments regarding other's storage issues in this facility. I was left with their comment, "We'll see what we can do."

Family owned, nice and helpful people. Very secure with all the same amenities as most, but they go above and beyond. When I had someone take my storage key and I couldn't let them know, they secured my storage with there own lock and waited to hear from me. Great place
