I bought a car here a few years ago. I was automatically subscribed to their mailing list. Over the past year I've called multiple times to the Burley office as well as their partners in UT (where they outsource their mailing) to get unsubscribed, but I'm still getting junk mail. Maybe a 1 star review will make it happen.

My brother took his Jeep in for a recall and they ended up damaging the vehicle. When they were going to fix it and said the part would take 45 days to arrive they refused to give him a loaner. Also, when he tried to get the records of the car switched out my dead father’s name and into his, the advisor said that it didn’t matter because my father is dead anyways. That was completely uncalled for and he was incredibly insulted. The advisor denied that he said anything and then wanted to fight my brother in the parking lot. We will never go back here especially if that advisor is still there. If you’re considering coming here for service, do yourself a favor and find a better dealer that will treat you with respect.
