Worst customer service! Went into the store last week after checking online to see if they had a computer part that I needed, and they did in fact have it in store. Online it was cheaper, and the soonest pick up was the next day which didn't help. They would not honor their own online price to get a sale in store. Tonight, I went in to buy an Xbox and stood around electronics for 10 minutes without seeing anyone. Finally found someone stocking shelves and asked if there was someone available in electronics so I could purchase an Xbox. Store closes at 11 it was 10:20 and no one was available to help us and according to the person stocking shelves, the two that work in electronics already went home for the night. Another sale lost because of Walmart not caring about in store purchases. If I could leave 0 stars I would, however that is not an option.

This has got to be the friendliest Walmart I've ever been to. I travel for a living and go to lots of different Walmarts, in lots of different cities and states. Mostly, they are all about the same. But this store is an exception to the rule due to the fact that all of their associates are friendly and helpful. Normally I might come across one or two good associates in a store. I've been in town for two weeks, the store is right across the street from my hotel. I've been there on almost a daily basis and every single time I go in there every associate is exceptional. Markus in electronics helped me this evening & he was so helpful. Whatever the Store Manager is doing is definitely working because a business's morale comes from the top, always. Management, and all of the Associates at this store, should be extremely proud of the job they are doing!

This walmart is ehh okay for a walmart. I like twin better. I love finding deals and sometimes when I see something super cheap I grab it. There's times they're mis marked and they refuse to honor the price. I felt so bad one night because i picked up an item and was checking out and I told the lady it didn't ring up for the right price and I showed her the picture of it. She went to the item in the back of the store with one of the "big bosses" she came back about 10 min later crying and told me that she couldn't do anything with the price because there was to much of a price gap from the original price to the price listed. Walmart needs to treat their employees better.

Rude associates. Asked directions in store for specific item to an associate wearing a vest- was told they weren't on clock- couldn't help. Visited TLE- was rudely ignored by four employees. Asked for help from someone who wasn't even part of TLE. She tried to get them to help and they were still rude. Refused to help fix son's tire. He had to miss work on Monday because they wouldn't fix his tire. Went to another local shop, fixed it for free. Refuse to go back. I'll go to neighboring town first. They wonder why we don't shop locally. Ha!

Okay, for a Walmart. The organization is rather baffling, with the jewellery right next to... the chips and crackers section. That's okay, just odd. My two friends decided to have a swordfight with umbrellas right in front of an employee. She just kind of shrugged it off and left, I'm not too impressed with that (I did take care of my friends) The self checkout section has certain machines that don't take cash, and they aren't marked. That really left me unimpressed because we had to ask an employee for assistance, and I'm not too big in that, they already. have to do enough. I'd shop here if I had to.

Broke my sisters tire rod and decided they weren't liable for it because she couldn't "prove" they did it. News flash Walmart she couldn't even drive the car when you got done with it. If it wasn't you how did she get the car there in the first place. You would think a big corporation with tons of money would be able to afford to do the right thing...

We have pretty much stopped coming here. Tonight is a prime example as why. They were out of water yesterday when our son went there. So we went back today-freight had come. There was a young man on another aisle. I asked him if they had gotten any water. He said "I wouldn't know". Didn't even offer to help. Earlier my husband had gone there. There were no carts whatsoever. Two girls were standing just inside the door. They were just standing there doing nothing. When my husband said "so what we have to go get our own" they just said we don't know how to run the machine. Before the "machine" I pushed carts myself. Absolutely no customer service at all. If we need to go to Walmart we literally will drive the 40 extra miles to go to Twin Falls store. They are super nice there.

In my opinion nothing is good here, those items you return because their broke? Recycled so someone else gets it! Only thing worth getting in that place is food (not even that though).

If I could give this Walmart less than a star I would! Departments don't open on time. The morning shift manager stands around as if she can't open the registers until the cashiers get there. I have been to many other Walmarts and if an employee is running late the supervisor or other employees will fill in until they get there. This is the only Walmart that basically said I won't get assistance until the particular cashier that was assigned to the area showed up. If the cashier wouldn't have came, does that mean I wouldn't have been helped? The money service cashier was 15 minutes late! I never did get assistance in electronics.

This Walmart is Not Trucker Friendly ! We tried to go there to send our daughter some money and they clearly posted that Semi are not allowed to park in there lot . So needless to say we tried to park across the street and was meant with another friendly sign that said park here you will be booted and it will cost you 500.to remove . So we left No our daughter DID NOT get her money she needed for her baby med. We DID NOT get our groceries that we needed but just remember how Walmart gets there merchandise delivered every Day oh that's right A Truck .

This was my first time visiting this location. I was driving through from Boise to SL, UT. I stopped here to get some blind spot mirrors since my car was packed with things for a long trip. I found the people friendly, ample parking, and what looks like a new renovated and clean store. This Walmart appears to be in the heart of town with lots of places to eat and a shopping mall within walking distance. It's right off the freeway, too. For Walmart-- it's a pretty good one, at least for a run-in-and-out.
