Purchased 3 items from the garden dept, after several trips to the store, (>100miles), 3 of 3 were defective. Plants dependent on the defective items, died due to lack of water. Total loss of >$200.

They are always hot because the air conditioners don't turn on and are more expensive every day.

Broken bathroom equipment
Broken coin counting machine
And I saw maybe 2 out of 15 employees working the rest were chatting to friends and not actually doing anything productive. Shrug
This store seems to be operated by a very incapable management team. I hope whoever owns this notices and cleans house.

I love being able to get everything at one stop-and the self-serve checkout is quick and fast, beats standing in line any day. I remember the days of standing in lines 20-30 minutes!

Susan at self checkout (short older women with long blonde hair) was absolutely foul, ignorant, and unprofessional.
She DID have alot going on however she failed to provide friendly and efficient customer service. We waited 30 minutes for help which wasn't the issue. The issue was she was going to those closer to her rather than the ones who gad gone off first and helping in a efficient way, then she went to head our way, seen someone elses light go off who shed previous helped and turned around to go help him instead, when we tried to say we were next she YELLED at us that we were not next and need to be patient, so thats where it started. Then when she came over she was full of ignorance and asked what our problem was. When we expressed we needed an item taken off she went on to say that we don't need to be upset over paper towels. We went to politely explain we aren't upset about the paper towels we were just a little upset that she first yelled at us for trying to correct her ignorant and unprofessional actions and then she went on to say she can't believe we would say we've needed help for 30 minutes and we were rude and ignorant. My family and I come in at the very least 3 times a week. I did get ignorant after that and expressed, that we weren't. We simply were telling her that wasn't exactly right for her to do.
Personally I think anyone who talks to a customer like that should he wrote up and/or fired. Susan should be retrained and learn to do her job correctly and not yell or be ignorant towards the customers who help her pay her bills.

We stopped at the Burley walmart to get groceries. There were NO carts on that side. We walked to the other end to find three carts. We told the employee about it and he said it wasn't his job. Absolutely no open registers open. All self serve only with employees there unwilling to help. It's the worst I've ever been around. Anywhere! Terrible and I won't be back.Disgusting.

This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in. The clerk yelled at an elderly customer to just pick the picture of a fruit she was buying, acting mad that she had to help. I hope I never need to go back there. I helped the Elderly lady at the self check out. What a mess!
