Arrived 3 minutes before closing on Christmas Day to get milk and told us we couldn’t go in because they had a line. They said to go to Maverick to get milk. Milks cheaper at Walgreens.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy in Burley, ID. It was 4:40 pm on Saturday when I arrived and my Prescription was ready. Somebody put my insurance in wrong so that was redone then she said well we close in 10 minutes and the pharmacist is on the phone and cant get it ready so you won't be able to get your antibiotic or until Monday. I informed her I had an infection and needed to start taking it. She said she was sorry I'm sorry and it could not be transferred to another pharmacy because they close now in 5 minutes. NOT COOL!

Hoping to get all of my mother's medicine for her soon since she's on oxygen and can't go out much but she's had so much trouble getting it filled it's to the point I can't tell who's at fault on this one. And that's pretty bad I can normally keep track of this.

I went in for flu shot. Walked to pharmacy and waited. I could here someone giving a shot and talking and laughing. No problem there except had she looked through the door she could have seen me. The pharmacist was on phone. He could see me but never acknowledged me in any way. All he would have to have done was look at me and maybe nod, that he was aware of my existence. I didn't know it, there was also a tech past him. Bell rang for drive thru. She came up, got his script and took it to him. Glanced at me but never said a word. Went back, not to be seen again. I waited past 10 minutes then walked out. I am great with waiting if someone acknowledges me, but to be ignored is very poor customer service.

I went to pick up my prescription at the drive up window. When I got to the window there was a young lady at the window looking at some paperwork. She wasn't talking to anyone, but she never acknowledged me. This is my second negative experience with the customer service in the pharmacy. Hopefully I can get my insurance to allow me to go to a different provider.

My parents went through the drive thru, when their car wouldn't start back up. The young lady that waited on them, was very sweet. She got her car, got her jumper cables and charged my parents vehicle until it started. She was so nice, she took a lot of stress off them. Thank you so much. Excellent customer service!
