What is happening to the Burley post office,the postmen use to be nice and respectful and drive safely through the neighborhood, there is a serious issue with one of them,Billy is his name and he's a loose cannon I can't believe the head post person keeps covering for him,people all over Burley has had issues, something needs to be done.

Giving this office 1 star simply for the 2-3 individuals working at this office that truly care about their job and the community. Chris Stevenson is absolutely horrible at accountability, managing, teaching, and being a model. Mis-delivering of mail and packages has been an ongoing issue with the mail carriers at post office 83318, especially 1 in particular. Consistently delivering mail to the wrong address. At this point in time it’s either absolute negligence or it’s deliberate. If it’s deliberate it’s illegal.
We have called Chris a couple of times to report this happening and his response is always “Well if something is in the way of the mailbox”, No, this is about private mail going to the wrong place repeatedly. This shows he doesn’t listen nor care about the integrity of being the Post Master.
This man, Chris, punishes one of his employees because he was attacked by a dog and now has work restraints due to nerve damage. He’s been overheard by customers talking about his employees and their personal health issues.
Chris berated one of his employees because his mother made a complaint regarding her mail carrier. Speaking inappropriately about any employee’s relative or any customer complaint just because they called and asked for Chris and the carrier to do better is Unprofessional, disrespectful, and disregarding. Those are the characteristics being portrayed here.
It’s time for a new Post Master.

Matt hands down the best employee of the day everyday. William the greeter excellento but the mail carrier that delivers for businesses HE is NOT pleasant and very rude at most.. I have mail that needs to be picked up and he does NOT STOP unless he has something for us. I had 2 VERY important packages(sheriff documents) that sat and sat until our lady postal carrier showed up cause it was his day off. NO it is not cool when there is a sign up saying Mail THEY should pick it up NOT just stop when they have mail for us. Something needs to be done about mail not being picked up. I was told that if they have nothing for us then they do not need to stop and I explained WE were told by our Mail carrier that if we put up a sign THEY will stop. Well 2 years later it has become a nightmare. Yes I understand they are on a time crunch but when you are right next door it takes 2 seconds to grab from us and go. ESPECIALLY since we did what they asked and put up an outgoing container in our lobby just for them but they can't help us....SO MESSED UP.

They delivered my $700 wedding dress to the wrong address and have yet to get it back to me. I have had hundreds of packages delivered to my address without fail but when it comes to one of the most important packages I’ve ever ordered and they deliver it to the wrong place and make it seem like my fault even though my address was correct on the package. I will definitely think twice about buying things that get delivered through the burley USPS.

Thank you, Jennifer Fairchild!!I had a package that needed to be delivered to the jail in Burley and it was not delivered and was at their location. I called Jennifer and explained the situation (Rx glasses to a loved one).She was beyond helpful. She took my phone number down, made sure it was delivered that day, and called me back to let me know.Thank you, JENNIFER! You are amazing!

This post office has a history of sending packages to the wrong address/post office. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday for my daughters concert happening today. I gave them a day of grace because they changed the date to today instead. This morning, they routed it to a different post office making it too late for me to get the item as the post office they sent it to is closed today. When we called, they did not even care and were absolutely no help.

I can tell when my normal guy has a day off because who ever fills in just drops all of the mail form all of the the 9 units into one box, mine. All of the mail boxes are right in front of whoever's face. That is as lazy as a person can be. I expect nothing less from a government employee.

Guy at the counter was kind of a j*** and didn't listen to the issue I had. Ended messes up my forwarding address because he insisted he was correct. Noooow I'm delayed another 2 weeks because I had to do the same thing twice now. At least if you go online you don't have to deal with a j*** in store.

I'd appreciate if the postal delivery workers alter sprinklers they put them back. I happened to be home to see them turn the sprinkler to the driveway and did not even attempt to fix it once they left. I don't think he would of melted with a little water.

The building is cool. If you're a farmer and expect a check from the potato or sugar factory you can expect a small rip on those checks. Someone is peeking in the mail.
