Horrible customer service, no empathy AT ALL! It shouldn’t take a week for a prescription to process. If I have a prescription that is due to be filled on the 10th, I shouldn’t have to wait till the 23rd. Employee tells me to do a survey and contact corporate because corporate doesn’t listen to their employees 🤣 if that’s the case why would they listen to me. Do better!

There is a problem every month, every month for the last 4 years. Staff is rude and condescending. No matter how many times you try to get things straightened out, try to talk to management, nothing changes.

I just had surgery yesterday and I'm not in state to pick up my prescription, so I sent my mom to do the favor for me. Well, they told her she needed my government issued ID. So here she comes all the way back home to pick it up and when she arrives with it they now tell her that they can't give her my prescription because I'm the one who has to go in myself to pick it up when she clearly stated that I couldn't because I had barely undergone surgery. Smith's pharmacy has just become more ridiculous! I don't recommend anyone going there plus they always take forever. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Always friendly and helpful. When there is an issue with your prescription, they akways ho the extra mile to get you out the door with what you need or the resources to get what you need.

Friendly people, super nice, but not fast. And dont get me started on how many times the phone rings before they'll answer!!! It is nice that I can get my flu shots here, as well as other vaccines if needed.

This store is awful all around. The produce was old and disgusting and the employees are very rude and entitled. Upon entering, we immediately headed to the Starbucks they have located inside. That was our first mistake. It was an odd experience to say the least. The woman made us wait for about 8 minutes before taking our order, please keep in mind there was no line, no one waiting for their orders, but she was expertly cleaning a piece of equipment repeatedly. As I was ordering our second drink, she just turned and walked away. It was so weird but I had assumed she got my order in. That was my second mistake. She never put it in and then two other women entered the picture and were extremely rude and made it seem like my fault. Again, very odd. After ensuring they got our order we continued shopping. We saw the spoiled produce, old food on the shelves and more rude employees. We then went to self checkout where we unfortunately needed the cashier to enter her code for some cold medicine we were purchasing. Oh boy. She very aggressively grabbed all of the groceries we had already bagged and forcefully put them on the counter, finished her code and walked away. It was an awful experience that left me wishing we had visited the other grocery store down the street. That was my third mistake.
