Friendly and informative.I was not able to connect to residentual Fiber Optic internet in Burley Idaho. It is not available. I thought that was what they were laying last year, Fiber Optic cable.

I live in a rural area, and the wifi is kind of spotty. Also, the people who work in the burley office are kind of rude.
