They don't care bout there works an they not family careing like they say they are cuz one mine family work out there something happened they told them they would pay for his bills an new Dentures they went back on there words an they wrote them up for when happened last time it happened.they wrote 2 of mine family members when something happened to me so don't care about family like they say.

This place is trash my in law had a medical emergency and passed out and they wrote him up for it wich is illegal then made him pay the hospital bill even though it happened at work then it happens again right before he retired and they told him they would pay him for the rest of the week and pay fir new dentures cause it split his lip badly and pay the hospital then went back on their word and won't be doing what they said this place is fill with disgusting management

Hostile work environment. Management does not care about employees. All the managers do is play on there phones while there employees struggle trying to keep machines running. There is little to no supervision or training. Mccain brags about how amazing they are but it's all just talk and no action. Very disappointed in the outcome of the mccain facility, everything is out dated, the turn over rate is extremely high. I would highly recommend you apply at other factories before shooting yourself in the foot with mccain foods. Very Very upset with how the shift managers run there operation. If it were me they all be fired for lack of supervision. Please do not apply here, I promise you will not enjoy this place. Very Very hostile work environment, Very hostile.

For the floor loaded potatoes unloading took 2 hours which is not bad.

Plant 3 has alot of backing space .. keep right , your dock is facing the lake … weigh in weigh out , nice security out front she will take care of you . Loaded real quick and smoothe .. trailer didn’t even feel the when it’s being loaded

Well I read all the reviews and for me they suck appointment was for 1700 arrive at 1430 and it’s 2000 hrs and still not in a door and this is going to make me late on my next load people just don’t care about what you need now I feel like they are going to hold me here until the last truck because I keep going in there telling them I need to go

Great people work here. They unloaded me a day before my appointment, just had to wait for a shift change but still it was pretty fast. People in the guard shack are very nice and polite , such a contrast from grumpy people from the east coast, especially NJ, PA, NY. If you ever loaded in those place you sure know. ?
