This company should no longer exist because during the Fall and Winter season the phone signal is very bad that lasts up to 5 days. Even with a few clouds or a small wind the signal on all the smartphones goes off and lasts up to 3-4 hours.

I couldn't get anywhere with the 4 people I talked to on the phone. I went in and the lady behind the desk helped me so much. I do not remember her name, but she was amazing.

Seems like the ladies like to be on their own phones and conversations between themselves rather than help out a customer , don't even get acknowledged walking in.

they need to be a little more educated in what there selling , they tell you one thing on the phone then tell you something compleatly different when you come in, im not one to really like cricket in the first place but i hate contracts and high prices, they do have some descent prices but very little product and what they show most of is iPhone and sorry the iPhone is over priced and over rated to start with, my android has one camera and can do the same if not more then the iPhone can , the staff need better training thats a fact. they also need more staff to handle the clients i dont have time to stand in a line for nearly an hr waiting wile they try and figure out what to do about something they dont know about , i was 40 minutes late to work but i had to get my phone fixed. that god my boss was understanding.
