This place is amazing. From the second you walk to through the door to well after purchasing your items. You don’t feel rushed or hassled into buying anything you don’t want.Rudy and his team are beyond helpful and honest. It is very elite. They care for you as a person not another dollar. They don’t hackle or harass you if you miss “one” payment either. I remember I actually missed a payment when I changed banks and I had my washer and dryer on autopay and they called only one time to see if I was okay. I completely forgot and they were so kind to get everything updated and there was no fee or anything.Great business!

All I’ve had is a good experience here, they will work with you and help every way they can, with shortage of employees and being understaffed they try to make everything work. They are a corporate store and the employees can only do so much, I’ve bought many things from them and never had issues. Rudy is working hard to bring this store back up especially with changes and the guy is awesome if you give him a chance especially for having to run two stores. Never had issues and will buy from again.

If I could give less than one star I would. horrible store to buy from since Rudy became manager, he promises you things and never fulfills them, I have been fighting with you for two months because of him, I pay what they ask of me and then they send me an email telling me that I owe them, what's wrong? Rudy is horrible as a manager, get him out of his position because the only thing that will happen is that you will have complaints and maybe even legal problemsresponse to ANNA... I spoke to the corporation and they told me that a certain Joe who is in charge would call me back and I'm still waiting, if the head of the corporation is bad, I imagine everything else is too, they waste time answering and so do I I'm wasting my time with you, I just left the review so that this doesn't happen to someone else, I think one more email won't work

The manager Terri is very rude and acts like she hates her job. Never returns any phone calls then holds it against you. She talks down to people just an all around horrible person I will never rent from there again unless she is gone her talking bad about Rent a Center made me go there very helpful and nice people there!

Got a quote from an employee, and when I went to go purchase the appliance based on the quote, it nearly doubled in price. They had made a mistake on the quoted price, and instead of respecting the quoted price, which is what the purpose of a quote is, they told me I would have to pay the new amount. Luckily I had not put any money down to order it in, but I would not advise anyone to get a quote from here because they will not respect the price they give you.

Pri is a trouble manager paid off my sofa still waiting on my paper work, and got told after waiting for 2 1/2 months that I still owed. Because the Aaron's corporate manager, Cesar, and Pri can't do there job. Went in paid the amount they say I owed asked Pri to write paid in full, and she refused to do it. Well I hope they're happy now because they lost a customer. If you can't handle customers expressing the way they don't like getting screwed over you should look for another job. It's very unprofessional for you to walk away from customers Pri. Can't get ownership on something you buy, but if you owe money they're hounding you. This is how they treat their customers.

If you miss one payment they Harass you they lie about the Aaron's club in which it will help pay and come to my house and harass me without being in a uniform and in there personal car I have had problems with them before with my father when he had it that whole store needs professional people not people who are rude.

They don't work with anyone and extremely rude. They come to you're house in no uniform and there personal car after missing one payment then lie about the Aaron's club saying it will help pay if you have no way to pay they lie about everything and anything and pretend to be nice till they want to then harasses you.

If you miss just 1 payment they will take money out of your account without authorization and if you don't have money in your account it will leave you in negatives. They're very rude and I will not recommend them to anyone and I will not be coming back here.

This place does not hold up to what is promised at time of lease, we were told at time of lease that we would be able to upgrade at any time without any ptoblem, turns out when we tried we were told we would lose everthing we had put down, thats not what was told to us from the beginning. They make promises they cant or wont keep. Go to Rent a Center. Wont be buying anything else from this place.
