The worst experiences x 3. Placed hold on mail twice different dates. Both times they did not stop the hold. I had to go to the post office each time to pick up the held mail that was supposed to be delivered. The response I got both times was “okay I will let her know”. Third and most recent issue is changing my deceased daughter’s address over a month ago. Went in person and provided all the paperwork but did it get changed? No!!!! Absolutely unacceptable.

Awful service. Scheduled deliveries don't get delivered on time. Our lazy driver missed a package. delivered one, but then for our other package, marked that our property was not accessible because she didn't want to come back a second time that day. Very rude staff at the counter.

The older lady that works here is extremely rude! She always has a snarky comment about everything. I have a business where there as been times I will bring 200+ packages in in 1 day and then there’s others days when I just bring in 1 package. Well of course she would complain when I would bring in the 200+ packages, and when I bring in just 1, she says with a smile on her face, “what are you sluffing off?” She should be more compassionate, anyone should understand that it sucks when business gets slow, and to just make fun of that is extremely rude and unprofessional!

The most laziest, disrespectful mail delivery I’ve ever had in on my Ring Doorbell. Mail lady throws our package at our door because she is upset since OUR lawn isn’t perfect enough for her to take a shortcut through and has dog poop on it when she shouldn’t even be cutting through our lawn in the first place and there was a perfectly clean sidewalk literally 4 feet from where you were walking, leading to our front door, which the mail box isn’t even at anyways so the package shouldn’t even of went where you through it so YOU LITERALLY MADE THE DECISION TO WALK TOWARDS DOG POOP IN OUR LAWN and you want to be mad at me for not giving you a perfect lawn to walk through? That’s laziness.

The mail lady that delivered my mail signed for my package and left it in my mailbox to get stolen. What’s the point of requiring a signature if they’re just going to commit fraud and leave the package to get stolen.

Maybe get 40% of my packages. Yesterday I was expecting 4 I got 2. I saw the usps guy in my driveway dropping off 2 of the 4 so y not the rest. The package shows as an attempt was made and seems like the other one is lost. No attempt they always loose my stuff its so frustrating.

Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever received. My family and I recently moved from Twin Falls to Buhl and live in Kanaka Rapids. We were left a note that we needed to move our mailbox. When we went to the post office, we were told there was a misunderstanding and that our mailbox was fine where it is because we do live on what is technically a road. Day after day goes by and we haven’t received any mail besides our confirmation letters for our change of address. We went into the post office again because I had a package that according to the tracking said it had made it to the Buhl post office. It also said it was out for delivery and then changed to “mail on hold at post office at customer request.” No one in my household ever requested our mail to be held. We were told they had none of our mail and had no idea where my package was. They keep insisting that we requested our mail to be on hold at the post office which is absolutely ridiculous. Once again, we got in touch with them about why we aren’t receiving our mail. We’re told by one person that our mailbox is fine where it is and that they don’t have any of our mail. Then we’re told by another that we have to move our mailbox and our mail is being held at the post office until we move our mailbox. Thank you for literally no help and for losing an expensive package that I now have to hope the company who sent it is willing to replace.

Multiple wrong deliveries. If I get mail that day its not until 5:30 or 6. I will not have packages sent through the buhl usps because I rarely received them when I did.

lazy. Dont go out of there way whatsoever. We live off a dirt road from our mailboxes. Just a cpl houses up and they refuse to ever deliver. Whats the point in having a packaged delivered? I always try to avoid it going through them all the other delivery services have no problems getting them to the house

Very fun looking older postal building. Its worth a stop to just go inside. The inside still has the original painted glass teller windows. And the old style postal boxes.
