I have had extremely bad luck from this store! I bought a set of spark plugs, 6 were used! Bought fuel line, gave old line for size reference! Get smaller diameter and get told oh they don't make that size (bought the correct size from a different store, same day). I order a valve gasket set! Go back 2 days later to pick it up! Oh we never ordered it! Didn't know you wanted it! I order brake pads for my F150. I tell the associate these are not the correct pads, before even buying. Oh you must be mistaken, these are the correct ones. She goes out to my truck to verify! I check the part number with my phone, their for a jeep. I bought a 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic fluid for my tractor! After giving them the make, model and type of hydraulic fluid it takes. Later my hydraulics stop working! After flushing my tractor system and replacing a bunch of parts and buying the correct type from a different parts store! I now refuse to do any business with this location!

A little pricier than the other guys, but they're more likely to have what you need and they honor their warrantys.

Always super helpful and friendly. If they don't have what you need, they get it in fast. They ordered a brake caliper for me and had it there about 10 hours later.

The store manager was nice and let us know she wouldn't be able to help testing a relay because she didn't know how to use a voltage meter. But out of 4 people, that Napa claims are "car experts" in their stores NONE of them could help us use the volt meter. They all acted like we weren't there. You'd thinking someone would ask if there was anything else they could do to help us but they clearly didn't care. Sad for a small town store.

They are okay in a pinch if you have a choice save yourself about $20. on every 100 if you can go to other leading local parts store.

Helpful team, knowledgeable and friendly. Store had everything needed for my oil change. Even gave me a couple of free Napa racing hats. Great experience!
