Do not use this company unless you liked being lied to! My 90 year old mother did and the deal fell thru. So she sits having to hire an attorney. Because the other party failed to make the lump sum payment. My mom was never ever told she would have to go thru this. Her realtor said she would get the property back and she could resale it. Absolutely not true. Have they offered to help NO! Did they promise a call back when this happened yes have they called her back NO. Save yourself time and money and use a realtor with integrity and does what they said they would do. This it not a good choice run as fast as you can from they. Don’t walk run! After the deal in done your on your own period. RUN!!!. .90 year old women has to hire an attorney!! Just more money gone from her.

No you told everyone after the fact when the payment was not received. And your agent JENNIFER told my mom the property would just go back to her no mention of attorneys and no mention in the contract. Yes the realtor here in CDA has been very help unlike your self and staff. Jennifer told my she would call a week ago and guess what she hasn’t call. You rip people off I have proof. Also the realtor down here has asked a few time for a readable copy of the whole contract which to date you have not supplied. You need to thank him for trying to help my mom. While your company sits on their hands.

I called on a Thursday & got the boss-C.J.I asked if he could show my wife's niece from El Salvador around later that day.CJ dropped everything & invited us to his office. After we asked to see 3 of the local homes, we went to lunch while he made some calls.We saw all 3 homes 1 1/2 Hours later and it was an enjoyable experience.Her husband Miguel will be visiting Bonners soon to work with Coldwell Banker North Woods Reality!Jay C.Bonners Ferry

Friendly folks but was left unsatisfied... my inquiries were not followed through on by the agent I spoke with the prior evening.. in fact I never heard back at all.. I stopped into the office the next day and was told he was busy all day and that he'd get in contact with home owner and get back to me on the property.... its been 11 days since then and still no word

CJ Tuma from Coldwell Banker in Bonners Ferry is very knowledgeable and professional. He kept looking for the perfect place to meet my needs. I know I had to frustrate him (a lot) as I demanded certain things and I was sure we were not going to find it in this area. But CJ did not give up and he absolutely found me my dream. Not just a great place for my horses, a perfect place for me but he went above and beyond and found me a piece of paradise that I thought only existed in my mind. Thank you CJ! You're the best!!!!
