I cannot recommend this shop enough! I've purchased multiple bikes and my skate skis from this shop and have them serviced frequently. Invariably the service received is professional with high expertise as well as being very personable and kind. Brett, Courtney, and Tom have all been great to work with as well as of the rest of the staff. Grateful to have this local shop just a few minutes away.

Had a great time shopping at World Cycle! I came in looking for a helmet and was pleased to see they had Mips helmets for all price ranges. The staff was so friendly and made sure I found a helmet that fit just right. It was a genuine experience where I was educated on products and they made sure I had what I needed.

A couple weeks ago I brought my bike back in because after $200 tuneup there, it was slipping out of lowest gear. 3 employees told me the bike will never go in that gear. That’s how it’s made. I explained the bike is 2 years old and it went into that gear before the tuneup. This is a $3000 bike, and I wouldn’t expect that lack of precision. 3 employees weren’t going to do anything. So yesterday I took it in to Reeds Cycles on Bogus Basin Road. I explained the World Cycle experience. The 2 employees agreed that’s not right. I left the bike. A couple hours later I got a call it was ready. I was told it just needed a small adjustment, cost $20. Rode it today, and all gears working and smoother than after tuneup. I truly question what was done by World Cycle for my $200 tuneup. It was obviously not given a test ride or verified the gear indexing. I’ve used Reed Cycle in the past and was happy with service. They are now my go to place. Hope to see all readers of this there.After discussing with the owner, there appeared to be a misunderstanding between me and staff. We came to an agreement that is more than acceptable. I will continue to do business here. And probably buy a new bike next year.

I stopped into their store to get a service done on my mom’s bike. I can not emphasize enough what an awesome team this is. Everyone I talked to was so incredibly friendly, but a special shout out to bike mechanic Tim. He is super cool and knows his stuff! Thanks for fixing mom’s trike Tim!! You are worth your weight in gold!!

Today I stopped by to have slime put in my tires. This was totally new to me and Courtney put me at ease and took care of my bike. She was fast and efficient, and explained the process to me and what to do if I had an issue. This is a great place and I will definitely be back for all my biking needs. Thank you Courtney!

I was shopping for a very particular kind of chain catcher for my 2002-model-year bike. It was not in stock, and not available from their distributor, so I pedaled away empty handed. A block away, I discovered that my rear tire was flat! I went back to World Cycle, and Courtney immediately set me up at their walk-in work bench where I swapped tubes and filled the tire using their free air. While I did that, Courtney looked up an online source for the part I was looking for. I finished my ride and ordered the part online. Kudos to Courtney and World Cycle for outstanding service!

Briefly relocated to the Boise area, and World Cycle was an excellent shop to do business with. Very customer service focused. I worked with Brett, and he was a fantastic resource for knowledge on the area's trails and cycling in general.
