“I had an “Oil Pressure Low, Turn Off Engin” warning light that kept popping up. Called Dowdy’s Downtown and left a message. About an hour later I got a call from Colton and explained the problem. After listening to my problem, he offered some thoughts then promptly scheduled me to bring my truck in at 8 the next morning. Once I dropped it off, I got a call about 2 hours later from Colton and it was just a sensor, and they would have it done that afternoon! They could have really taken advantage of me with a warning like that. Instead, they started with the basics and fixed the problem. Throughout the whole process Colton was communicating with me and giving me a complete explanation of what was going on and how they fixed it. Vehicle repairs are never fun, but this could have cost me 3 or 4 times more if they wanted to take advantage of me. They made sure I knew everything was under warranty and to call if I had any questions or concerns. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Amazing service and completely trustworthy. “I had a flat tire I originally had patched by Les Schwab who, come to find out, only put a cheap patch on my tire and lazily did not inclue a plug making it so that my tire was beyond prepare. Heber, the extremely thoughtful and patient mechanic here at discount tire, walked me through all my options making sure to be totally transparent, not up sell me, and even gave me a discount when he noticed I was discouraged with the price of 4 new tires.
All the the men working were very kind and respectful, the work environment was clean and welcoming, service was extremely quick and efficient (It took 15min to change out all 4 tires), and the over all experience was incredible .
After I thanked Heber for all this consideration and help, he said it was his goal to change the poor stereotype tire shops have and to do better. I truly believe he and his crew did just that and I will 100% be back for all future tire needs.”

As usual, Les Schwab made good on their promises of exemplary customer service!

I had a slow leak due to a nail in my tire. Their policy is that they fix flats for free-along with rotating your tires for maintenance.

For FREE! It took them about 30 minutes and they could easily have charged me a labor fee. But NO-they just want happy customers and to return when I need tires.

Of course I will! They deserve the same loyalty they provide to their customers. LOVE Les Schwab!!!

I have been to this store several times in my four years in Boise. They never, ever disappoint! Most recently, I drove up at 5:45pm on a Friday night, just shortly before closing. I had a nail in a tire and they welcomed me with open arms, fixed the issue and did not charge me anything. When I asked why, they said because they want me to come back! This is how it is every single time I've gone there-they truly want you to be a happy, satisfied customer. You guys ROCK! Thank you!”

“I had a nail in my tire. I was able to safely drive to Commercial Tire. They pulled the nail and patched the tire for free. They recommended I get new front tires, but I only drive this pickup about 500 miles/year, so I’m holding off for now. Nice staff.”

“I had called them to get i formation on some new tires which they gave me the information. So when I drove up to their shop, they came out, took my keys and started working on putting new tires. Last time I bought tires from them was years ago, yet, I brought my 2022 Jeep Cherokee in with a nail puncture in my tire and they were happy to fix the flat for me in no time. Since I drive for a living, getting me back on the road swiftly was important. They did that for me, without me mentioning how critical it was for my income to do so. Plus they did it for NO CHARGE.
