I do deposits for my company in the morning frequently and Mercedes is usually the one to help me out. She always spark’s up a conversation and it truly feels she means what she asks you. Always makes my morning a little bit better. Thank you, Mercedes. You’re an awesome person.

Needed some $20 bills. Saw this bank as I was driving by. Am not a customer but decided to see if they would help. One of my best experiences. Great service and what a nice facility.

I went to this location 3 days in a row to close the same 2 accounts. A process that with any other bank takes one trip, this company takes at least two. On the third day, I get there at 4 after my nine hours shift as with my previous visits, and I wait in line for 4 to 6 other people. Getting to my turn, the teller tells me that I need to make an appointment to come back a different day. Any other day I would understand, but this being my third trip I asked for the other gal behind the counter who is one of the bankers. She looked at me and said I can't after 5 that's why she is trying to get you to leave and come back another day while rolling her eyes at me. Looked younger with long black wavy hair, and she is now one of the many reasons I am leaving Wells Fargo reviews and leaving this bank.

If I could leave 0 stars I would do it but THE MOST HORRIBLE BANK EVER. I’ve been their costumer for over 5 years till it came to a point where I really needed help and guess what, you are NOT protected, NOT secured AT ALL. Your money your information is not safe there, this bank will never help you as their client never actually value you as a costumer. One of the MOST TERRIBLE costumer service!!! Honestly I’d never leave a bad review for no reason but this is no joke… STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK

For me they have aways been very helpful weather its been for cashing checks , pulling a little cash out or doing a wire transfers all the staff has been very helpful with all my needs . There is is quite a few branches around town I usually use the branch that is closes to where I am shopping its so convenient to have lots of branches around town this branch is at the corner of Ustick rd and Five Mile rd ..................if this helps please give me a like......................?.............

Don't go inside. Think sloth from Zootopia. Tellers are slower than molasses. Line of cars outside about 5 deep, so I went in. While waiting and stood in line, all the cars went through and then some. Nice people, slow service

They forgot or don't care who the customer is. Besides being something less than honest bankers and good community citizens slow or no service. I think they only care about the high net worth customers and the rest of us are just suppose to use them on line, or my preference not at all! I wonder why they still have the privilege of participating in treasury auctions?

This bank closes early almost every day. It’s a convenient location; the employees (or lack thereof) cause the issue. How are you closed 30 minutes before you’re scheduled to close? Corporate needs to be contacted

Drove to Five Miles branch after website said it was open. Lobby closed. No warning till you drive up. Called and was advised all other branches lobbies are open. Horrible customer service! Why are some open and some not? Been a Wells Fargo customer for years and years, seriously considering moving to ICCU. Daughter banks there. Branch close, way better customer service. Wake up Wells Fargo! Haven't you had enough bad publicity recently? SMFH......

It really speaks volumes when your guys's reviews only a 3.4 first of all the women that are working here need an attitude I've never seen so much hostility in a short. Of time I spent about maybe 10-15 minutes there which was long enough I've never had worst customer service I always go to the Fairview store those guys are great but I don't understand how they can treat people like that and never have a problem but today I think some people need to get released from their job I asked them for a simple task and they made it very difficult and now I have to waste my time and money going to another Wells Fargo because I thought the one I was stopping at was convenient but now it is an inconvenience that I have to go to a different Wells Fargo to get help for something very basic
