An advertising pamphlet near the teller window said; "Let us make your life easier", then the teller proceeded to make my cash deposit the most difficult transaction I've ever experienced. When I voiced frustration I was given the silent treatment. Customer service training is in order here.

My wife is a travel nurse and we travel for her job and need change to do laundry. First they tell me they can only give me $30 in quarters because there is a coin shortage. Which according the federal reserve there is not a shortage as of last year. She then proceeds to tell me I can drive to other branches to get more change if needed, which is a waste of my time. Then once I get home I stacked the rolls beside each other and notice one is short. I call them and the only option I have is to drive back out for 25 cents which is a waste of gas. I guess going forward I will have to count the rolls at the counter. How does a bank not ensure they are giving correct money out. More great customer service from Wells Fargo

I had a very bad experience with the Wells Fargo in Nampa. I passed this branch and thought I should give them another chance to see if the issues are branch-specific or company-wide.
I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of this branch. The teller (Ms Chela?) was amazing, effective and didn't break my new driver's license like the Franklin Road store. It took two minutes to do what took 20 minutes for the Franklin branch. I am happy.

Wow, what great service on Glenwood.Today my card vanished into my emergency brake slot in my car.One of your tellers tried to help me find it.Another helped me get a new card and walked me through using my phone as a card.They both took a lot of their own time to help me.My bad morning turned out great because of their help.Thank you so much!Laurie

I have had to make a number of large transactions at this branch as a trustee/executor of my parent's estate and my own personal business plus that of my sister who lives in another state. I am not a financial person, but all the personal bankers I worked with were stellar. I particularly enjoy Anthony. He is knowledgeable, personable, and sincerely cares. I do not understand Rachel's critique of him. I have waited in line for him many times and have NEVER observed him acting in an unprofessional, uncivil manner. If a difficult problem presents itself, he does not hesitate to ask the branch manager (tops in her field) or other appropriate source for a correct answer/approach. I trust him implicitly as well as the other staff. I do not believe Rachel's comments, which are vicious and I believe undeserved. I reviewed all 21 of Rachel's Google reviews and she doesn't appear to approve of much of anyone. ?

Anthony was passive aggressive, rude and unprofessional when I asked a question about deposits. I've never seen him before so maybe he is new and needs more training? Maria on the other hand is wonderful. Just went back again and he was rude again! I do not understand this guy

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy Medina of this Wells Fargo branch. In all my years dealing with banks, this was by far the best. My mission was to open a checking and savings account. Wendy listened to my concerns and offered outstanding options. Her professionalism and integrity were tip top. Go wendy and thank you to all at Wells Fargo!
