My wife and us had an appointment for 9 am. Account management, no one called or notified us about a cancelation of appointment due to the person being sick.No call for the cancelation for the customer.. but the employee is ok.. all my finances that were to take place in that meeting are now obsolete. The 800 number wells fargo will not agree. My finances Are now... at the hands of someone who decided not to come to work. Awesome, no one else can do the job. Just close the so called bank.

Not too impressed with the service at this branch. Trying to rush me out on a Friday at 4:10pm ! Service is taking the time and helping the customer solve needs!

The bank manager Tabitha Miller is the epitome of condescending and as other reviews have stated about her, saying that she was rude is saying it very MILDLY! Came in to make a deposit for my store, and there was 13, which I understand is a lot, I called another bank that was open, told them about it and over the phone they were very helpful, and I wish I had gone to them instead. I knew with how many deposits I had it would take a while and knew I would have to sit aside while they assisted other customers, and I was very patient waiting 20 minutes while they assisted other customers and I knew it would be that way, when she finally got to me she was snarky and rude and EXTREMELY condescending. I overheard her also talking to her co worker very negatively about me assuming she didn’t think I could hear her. When she got back with the final receipts which took only 15 minutesnot the 30-45 minutes she claimed it would take, I expressed how I felt about the interaction to her and told her that she was extremely condescending, not only to me but also to her employees, and she was yet again snarky. You guys should def promote the gentleman that was there, he was kind and helpful and had a welcoming tone to not only me but to all customers in store. She definitely needs to be in a diff business if she doesn’t have the mental capacity to be kind to people, she’s clearly either miserable in her job or miserable in her life and lets it out on other people. Disgusted.

Well don’t bring your change or big bills here. This bank refuses to assist with cash if you are not a customer here. That’s right. Won’t break your 100 or give you paper for coins. What kind of bank won’t help someone with that?!?! When you can’t make change/get change at a bank something is seriously wrong. Big NO! Insane

They refuse to do more than 3 deposits at the time. Come on! They are business deposits we can’t only have 3 at the time! Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I’ve given this branch 2 tries, both times I have been treated poorly by the women at the front desk. They have spoken to me with the most condescending tone I’ve heard.

30 years of being in buisness and I had the worst banking experience of my life today at this branch on Apple. I had to go there 3x. Even the bank manager said he couldn’t resolve my problem. I finally called the customer service by phone and they resolved my issue in 30 seconds. Not only did the teller and branch manager not do their job properly but I had to go back and get my ID when they failed to send it back to me in the drive thru. I will never again visit this location and I encourage you to go to another branch too.

I recently went to the branch to send a very important business wire that had to go out right away. I was told to make an appointment and come back the next day or on Monday. They were unable to assist me in this urgent time of need. I used to teach customer service at a bank and I can honestly say that this was a horrible customer service experience. When you have an important business transaction that needs to take place you are supposed to do all that you can to assist in a quick and efficient manner. The branch was not that busy at that time, the parking lot was not full with customers. The staff could have given 10 minutes of their time to help me and do the wire, it’s not that difficult. So, now I will be looking for a different bank that has a high level of outstanding customer service, it’s not here. I cannot rely on Wells Fargo, unfortunately.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a Wells Fargo location, and that's saying a lot. In light of the fraudulent account opening by employees of the bank and their "renewed sense to make things right", I have yet to see a difference. I personally worked for Wells for 10 years and know exactly how the policies work. I went through the drive thru to cash a check and deposit that cash to my checking account. The teller named Carmen said "we do not cash checks in the drive thru". WHAT!?!? Mind you it was a check for roughly $125. When I questioned her regarding her statement saying "when was this change made?" She became very snotty and sarcastic. I explained I would be calling the Service Manager (the teller manager) and Jessica the branch manager, she laughed and rolled her eyes. I think it's time for me to move my mortgage, car loan, credit card, checking and saving to another bank. Credit Unions are where the real customer service is at. Wells Fargo holds more than $1 TRILLION dollars in assets and boasts quarterly profits of 3-4 BILLION dollars. Believe me, they could care less about he little guy.
