Customer beware! they put a lien on my property back on the year 2005 and now 18 years later, they still have it on my property and I don't owe them anything; and they can't find the loan information to remove it!! But there are very good at putting a lien on properties. Wells Fargo is good at that and with terrible customer service. They just keep transferring me to different departments and different phone numbers for over a week! My property is on escrow and is waiting for the lien release and the deal might not go thru because of Wells Fargo incompetence!!

Gotta love how you give a company years and loyalty, then just turn around and kick you out the door. Instead of demoting someone they would be content with setting them up to be fired. Yet another great company to work for.

Poorly trained leaders and upper management, taking calls is hard sometimes because the coaches don't have a clue sometimes, you have to deal with the rage of irate customers without sufficient support from leaders. On the smoking patio other agents complain all the time leaders don't care or don't help and it really does feel that way. Just inconsistent compared to other call centers.
