I'm not sure why there are so many "1" ratings for this branch. My experience with them has always been very pleasant. Their staff and branch manager are professional, friendly, and very helpful. As a new resident to Boise, it's nice to have a local bank branch that is always nice to deal with.

I so so so appreciate this location- a special shout out to the manager Graciela (sorry if I’m butchering the spelling) for taking amazing care of me on two occasions so far.The first time, I was attempting to set myself up for building a savings and credit, and she took time to go over all the options for me, and even help me apply. She was so personable and made me feel comfortable right away. We set up a plan for me to reach my goals, and I walked away feeling amazing about the financial plan.The second time, I was having an issue with funds transfering to my account. I called the location again, hoping for Graciela, and she picked up the phone! She took great care of me and my account, and was in amazing communication as she found a solution.This manager is incredible and knows customer service, I’ll absolutely be coming here for assistance on my finances and help with my account.

Always go to this WF because the people are super nice and will take care of you. Graciela is about as good as you get as far as customer service, and another banker there whose name slips my mind. It’s refreshing to come across people that actually care about customer relations and excelling at their job.

I absolutely love this location! I came in a few days ago to get a replacement card because my dog decided he needed it more than me and the service was swift and professional. I ended up having to come in again today because my dog decided he wanted my temporary card too...and even though I was there for a ridiculous reason they didn't make me feel like a dummy (even though I felt like one). I have never had a bad experience at this branch, I love everyone there!

What kind of bank charges someone 7 dollars to cash checks that are drawn off that banks account? Dumbest biggest waste of time out there screw the banks go to a credit union!

This is, without exception, the nicest branch I've ever visited. I've always had good Wells Fargo experiences, but the staff at this branch managed to make this an even better experience. I'm so glad this is my closest branch which is why I went here first. There was no doubt they would become my permanent WF location. Keep up the outstanding customer service, Collister branch folks.

Nice neighborhood bank. It's a little tough to access in the maze of a parking lot that it is in. They have always done notarizing for free here too. I wish they had a drive thru ATM.

I've been banking with Wellsfargo for several years now and this branch is by far my favorite branch I've ever worked with. I have to go into this branch on nearly a weekly basis and every time I'm there I'm greeted by first name since they know me so well. They make sure that my every need is taken care of and that I'm happy overall. It's gotten so that conducting business is now like visiting a friend.

Ive had two bad experiences there so far, I've came in twice with in two month to make a deposit for the company i work for, the first time the teller was an elderly woman whom tossed a calculator my way telling me she didn't have enough time to make sure the balance was right because she was so busy, i was the only customer in there so that's the service i got for the first time, well today i got to experience the worst service ever by your teller name Daisy she just had a really bad attitude towards me which is unacceptable to a customer she never said hello, thank you or your welcome she never told me her name until i asked for it. I honestly will not be coming to this Wells Fargo again ill be going else where with better customer service.
