The drive thru atm is so narrow that it is impossible to drive through it without closing my mirrors and even then it’s tight. I have a mid size suv and have never experienced this. There is paint all over both sides of it so I know I’m not the first person to have this problem. Beware.

Atm always broken, out of cash, can’t deposit check from one Wells Fargo account to another well before the cutoff time, manager never there or unavailable, the list goes on. I tried to do this in person but guess what, he was busy so I’m closing my account with this place after 11 years. The writing is on the wall. Jump ship before this whole company crashes into the ground.

The Vista branch of Wells Fargo is very difficult to work with. I am not sure why but they impose rules and regulations that the other branches do not. I plan to move my account to another bank as a result.

I've been with Wells Fargo for 9 years. I tried to call and set up an appointment to get a ppp loan for my small business. Easy, right? Wrong. I get a call back telling me that only customers get to sign up for that. Only.... customers... Then, was asked over the phone if I would like to cancel my appointment, instead of asking me to sign up for a business account or whatever half a** account they made up for small business' so the can line their pockets with monthly fees. Wow, not only did I cancel my appointment but I will be closing my account as well. Imagine having a customer for 9 years and losing them because your ONE the MANY rude people at the FAIRVIEW location. "Have a wonderful day!" I think I will have a wonderful day, with ICCU.

There is a girl there by the name of Jade and she is a phenomenal employee. I've been using Wells Fargo for years now and she is by far the most dedicated and well-rounded employee I have got the chance to encounter. Even the short meetings between us have been very genuine. She has a lot of potential in her life, Wells Fargo is VERY lucky to have such an astounding employee.
