I had some issues with a cashiers check drawn 2 years ago and recently was notified of the problem clearing the check. I am no more a Wells Fargo account holder, yet these guys assured me that the problem will be resolved. The staff at this bank is AMAZING. My cashier check issue was complicated one, yet they made sure it was resolved. These guys are super-helpful and friendly.

It’s lunchtime on a weekday. Why are there only two staff members seeing customers for this massive branch?…. I find it hard to believe the labor shortage is affecting Wells Fargo.However, I should mention that once the single teller was able to assist me, she was truly exceptional in helpfulness and professionalism. Still, what gives???

The teller did her job. Then guy in a blue shirt asked what are we doing today after my transaction. I said we weren't doing anything that I had to do online banking and asked if it was okay to sit because I'd been walking 2 miles. He came with the attitude first like I'm a bum even though I just deposited $100. I don't like this Wells Fargo branch. He said the attitude needs to drop and I just kept doing business online with my phone.

Although friendly and courteous. They never seem to have enough people on staff. The wait time is never less than an hour. This is a management issue. Don't go in without an appointment.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 1998. Not only did they stand by me through the financial trainwreck that was my 20's, they have continued to provide an unparalleled level of service for me. I use the downtown branch because of proximity to work. The manager, Nick has done an outstanding job with the team there. I had a situation this morning, where the team member's there went above and beyond for me. Throughout, they showed me empathy, caring and demonstrated the highest levels of integrity and honesty. Many thanks to Hannah and Ethan and the rest of the team. When I walk into the branch, they treat me like a member of the family. That is the sort of thing that will continue to win my business and refer other people to Wells.
