Just did a quick pick up, 1st time, I think the pickup spot was way far away from the exit, the employees literally have to walk 1 and a half times the length of the building in the hot sun to get the stuff to our vehicles

This is well prepared American food with slight emphasis on breakfasts. The proportions are American/generous and the prices are working class and affordable. I like the kitchy bearish decor but if you can't laugh at kids and kitch you might find that part unbearable. But try it at least once. They are cropping up everywhere. And service in my neck of the woods has always been Great.

The management at the Garden City, ID store is horrible. The store shelves are a mess and so unorganized. Many items aren't stocked for weeks. Car delivery is a mess with this new failed fulfillment center. I asked an employee why wait times were so bad compared to before and she said it's because they have this massive new warehouse they operate out of and have to walk all over God's green earth just to get the items and stuff. Please move them back to their old room!

Surprisingly large walmart. Unnecessarily complicated to access from the road and a smaller than average parking lot. But they have a high calibre of staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. Valentine was our cashier and she was awesome! The store itself was very congested and difficult to navigate during Saturday shopping rush, (the aisles were very narrow) but otherwise this is one of the nicest, cleanest, best stocked Wal-Mart stores we've visited.

Me & my girlfriend have gone hear for years & most of the people have been very friendly but lately the upper management pascficly Connie have been unfriendly & during rite rude I come in & talk to the greater & she seems to have a problem with it this is unacceptable

Horrible customer service, employees are rude, managers yelling at their employees like its bootcamp, out of date food everywhere. There were three employees who were rude to all customers and employees. Their names were Cody, Brandon and Ember. Horrible and worse store ever!!!!!

I like this location better than a couple of others in town, but it still can be frustrating when products are constantly out of stock or the employees can't help answer questions or help you find an item. I miss the days when service mattered.

NEVER NEVER NEVER use there pharmacy. I got there at 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. I came to pick up my sons medication (that was not yet filled) Tech IN TRAINING (Sophia) said it will be READY in 10mins. As she said “take a seat, so I did”. She looked at me multiple times, as she was helping other customers. Me assuming that she was going to call my name... NOPE! All of a sudden I seen them CLOSING the counter, I approached the pharmacy tech (male- don’t know his name) and he proceeded to tell me that “he can’t help me we are closed”, I said I waited for 30mins, as I was told to have a seat by Sophia. “Oh well I’m sorry, but we are closed- come back tomorrow, bye” as I was talking he closed the blind IN MY FACE! VERY disrespectful, will NO LONGER get my sons medicine from here.

You're the midst of all that bumbling around that you know if everybody does all day long at work they keep that place pretty organized what I see online is on the Shelf when I go to purchase I hate to make a drive all the way to someone be like oh crap though they're out well I always know that they have something in stock at my check first. The receipt system is a great thing too I guess for like if you want to keep a database of all your things you purchase from them which is kind of cool cuz you can track your spending there. Now I know a lot of Walmarts out there this one is exceptionally good.

The employees were helpful. They even knew ahead of time that my checkout needed change and were waiting for me to finish. THAT part was a little unnerving, to have them stand so close to wait (the guy was RIGHT behind me). Still overall good experience.

went 3 times today with the power outage, all i needed to do was pick up some pictures i ordered, they told me to park at the pickup area and call.. so i did. they then told me they didn’t have any photos for me, when they were printed a day prior to the power outage, $4 and didn’t get any of my printed pictures. Moral of the story, print your pictures somewhere else or they will just take your money and not give you the pictures????

Customer service is not good at all at this location also the self checkouts need to be open right when The store opens period y'all need to either open those lanes when the store opens and let people get in and out or hire more people to staff the areas like registers and self checkouts period!!!!
