So the pharmacist information that she gave me about my medication, saved my life. Also, the three ladies that helped me with my purchase at the front counter were very nice ladies, and all should be promoted and given a raise.

Was standing in line for approximately 10 mins. Girl at the window was on the phone dealing with a customer when I got there. Another girl was in the back talking to the pharmacist. I figured "no worries, the pharmacist normally doesnt work the front and the other girl is probably off the clock or something". It wasnt until a 3rd tech walked in and told the other girl (Dania was her name). Dania clearly saw me while she was talking to the pharmacist and didnt walk over to help me until she was told to. Unacceptable.

The pharmacy workers are very rude and they don't listen to you when you tell them you need the exact prescription your doctor prescribed to you. I didn't want to have to come on here and tell everyone what prescription I need but I got prescribed the xulane birth control patch which I got the first time and it was fine and good but then the second time I came they gave me the wrong prescription of the Zafemy birth control patch... I let them know that the Zafemy patch has significantly less of the active ingredients and they would not listen to me saying that they have the same amount but they are looking at the wrong ingredients. I'm not talking about the whole thing I'm talking about the active ingredients that prevent childbirth. They were all very sassy and rude. When really, they're the ones in the wrong for giving me the wrong prescription that was not prescribed to me. I say you guys should get some new people hired who know how to do their job and get rid of the ones you have there now because they are not very intelligent. They also always take forever to talk to people, and they seem very easily distracted by each other, constantly talking in the back instead of paying attention to customers. I don't enjoy coming here but it's the one closest to my house so it's the most convenient but I don't even care how convenient it is anymore because of how awful the service is! As you can see in the photo I provided, they could've easily just googled the active ingredients and how much each patch has but instead they wanted to stand there and argue with me instead of giving me the prescription I was prescribed

The staff there is very helpful. The pharmacist, Rasha, there is always ready to assist with customers, and answer/cater to any questions customers may have.

The pharmacy staff is always hustling when it’s busy and the pharmacists are helpful and friendly. They’ve gone out of their way to get prescriptions ready for me before closing.

Hours state pharmacy is open but in reality it is closed with a sign taped to a stand stating hours are 10:00a-7:00p. Update your site!

Suzette, the pharmacist, that works at the walgreens on lake hazel/five mile, is absolutely horrible!I honestly can't believe the lack of compassion and the audacity she has when speaking to customers. I have never been talked down to and made to feel like a druggie looking to score. It is after 6 p.m. and my surgeon's office called in my pain medicine to the wrong Pharmacy which was Walgreens on Lake Hazel. It should have been called in to Fred Meyer in Nampa on 2nd Street but somehow my surgeon's office got that wrong. The pharmacist, Suzette, told me over the phone that my insurance wouldn't pay for the prescription because it was being filled too early. So I asked her okay how much is the difference without insurance and she said oh no we won't release the medicine because it's being filled too early. And because it shows that you filled it at a different Pharmacy before and you're just shopping your scripts around, we won't honor that. I try to explain to her that I didn't shop any script around because my doctor's office is the one who called it in. There was never a physical script to 'shop around' and they called it into the wrong Pharmacy, yes it should have been Fred Meyer but it's after hours and my doctors office is closed. She was the rudest person ever and I just disconnected the phone call because it was making my pain so much worse! So what does that mean for me? That means for me I have to now call my doctor's office after hours and have them call my script into a different Pharmacy, one that actually will honor my surgeons request for pain management for their patient.Apparently the pharmacist at this Walgreens location feels that she is a surgeon and a doctor and a pharmacist all in one, which gives her the authority to withhold vital medicine after a knee replacement surgery.Walgreens could do so much better, and honestly they should!Come to find out that the manager on duty for the store, his last day is Friday and then they have nobody to run the store! So, it's not like this is going to go anywhere or fix anything. I just caution anybody who tries to use this Walgreens location for any prescriptions ***do not assume that they're there to help you because they are NOT!!! ***

Went here for photo prints. The kind lady at the counter offered to reprint my poster at no additional cost because I placed it initially in the wrong orientation. Great service and made my evening.

Spent over an hour and a half yesterday trying to make a purchase. Was misled by the store clerk not once but twice. Ended up spending all my time dragging my son in tow first into the store, then retreating back to my car to call customer service, then back to the store, then back to the car. The outcome? My HSA card is drained of over $100 for a $50 item, which I never even ended up being able to buy, and now I'm waiting 7-10 days for a refund because of misinformation. Will be taking my prescriptions and purchases elsewhere and warning everyone to STAY AWAY. This location has been nothing but a struggle (this is not the first issue I've had here, just by far the most ridiculous).

Twice they've sent me home w/the wrong Rx. About 2 years apart, with lots of apologies. The 2nd x was just last week. Always ✅️ the written description (upper left side of bottle label), w/the actual ?!

I would not have come here if my regular pharmacy had medicine I needed,Visiting this location for the first time, I was offered two options at the counter: to wait in the store (estimated 30 min wait) or wait for a call verifying fulfillment (2 hours). I waited. And waited. And waited. Over an hour. When the pharmacist was alerted to my presence, she said she was not aware that I had been sitting in the waiting area!I would have preferred to have received proactive communication if there were process complications. I raised the issue and she said she would not dispense the medicine without additional verification from my doctor. The staff was polite and kind, but the pharmacist didn’t come out to let me know this was a blocker. No empathy, apology, and communication. Just made to wait.It was clear that I would have to take matters into my own hands. I called the doctor to fax over the needed information. The doctor’s office told me they faxed over the prescription and advised that the pharmacist needed to check their fax machine.Bringing this up with the pharmacist, she stated the fax came in but, now, there is yet another item of information she required. Again, no proactive communication, no empathy. (11/12/22 edit – doctor’s office said they had inadvertently omitted that info, and confirmed that providing it would have been standard practice).Fed up, I returned home and got back on the phone with the doctor’s office to send over exact what she required. But it’s clear the communication process here is not optimal. Those of us waiting and feeling ill and miserable should not pay the price. And I now wonder that had I taken the two hour option if my prescription might not have been filled at all.I called the pharmacy which claimed my doctor’s information had just came through and everything was ready. Again, a let down – I had to reach out instead of being notified. This time, I tried the drive through. But the wait time was a very big disappointment. Each car’s prescription took time. By the time I reached the window, I was told they had to pause service for sanitization. But obtaining the prescription still took time – odd because they told me over the phone it was ready. Some of the staff were clearly nice people and we’re trying to help. There are clearly a lot of process issues impacting experience, and I now see from these reviews that I am not the only one. A pharmacy may not be a doctor’s office but empathy, compassion, communication are, still, basic principles of healthcare.

Prescriptions never ready on time, waited on drive through like 10min to be told, to go behind the line so they can have it ready for me. ( like 6 cars behind me) call before so you can make sure your prescription it ready for pick up. I thought mine was ready since I went for it the day after my visit to the doctor. But it is always the same thing here.. Time it’s valuable to be loosing it.
